Sturdy

Bankers Box® Heavy Duty Storage Boxes, 10" X 12" X 15" (10-Pack) contains only 5 boxes! Nowhere does it state on the carton that a "10 pack" consists of 5 boxes and 5 lids (assuming that will be the justification). Would never have paid the amount I paid for only 5 boxes. Misrepresentation/False Advertising -- class action lawsuit waiting to happen!

Bankers Box's commitment to quality and low environmental impact has made a difference for our company and has made file storage much less burden than expected. This product was just what our office needed to satisfy our needs and we look forward to continuing using Banker's Box products.

I have bought many hundreds of the #783 bankers box at Sams club and they were (past tense) very good 5 star products, but recently our Sams club quit having the #783 box and instead has the 12783 box that is brown instead of white. The other differences are that the new 12783 box is 85% recycled where the older #783 box was only 60% recycled material. But the big difference is that the 12783 boxes do not properly fold at the score marks . They tend to make curved bends and the tabs that hold the lid folded do not engage to form a sturdy lid. Buyer beware. If the outside of the carton says 85% recycled, DO NOT BUY. They have no quality control and the boxes are not as strong as the previous 783 boxes were. I have lowered my rating from 5 star to 1 star because zero stars is not possible to give. But this has become a zero star product. Do Not Buy is my advise.

I was not going into the purchase blind. I have used these boxes before and would do so again. As a matter of fact I went back and picked up two more boxes of them. They are the perfect size to load but not overload to the point of being too heavy to lift. They stack well and I really like the way the tabs on the lid fold into the handle of the box to help keep it from pulling off as you move the box. I love the EZ Fold system that they employ. This truly is the easiest box I have experienced to fold and use. They are very convenient to move using the built in handles on each end of the box. Good for storing files and so much more.

The box itself is good. However the lids do not fold easy and don’t stay creased.
