Good small file boxes

The boxes are OK, and will work fine, but the tops are absolutely worthless. Even if you try to tape the edges with packing tape, they never fold or stay right. The recycled paper content is fine in the boxes, due to the way they are pre-folded and the flat panels, but it's way too flimsy for the tops, particularly since they are not indented enough on the fold lines to make anything like a clean fold. Plus the way the tab is supposed to hold them in place does not do it. These boxes are only marginal, at best. Nothing like my 20 year old Weyerhauser storage boxes that COSTCO used to sell, which are better after 20 years than these are brand new.

Just had 15 packs of this item delivered and you would think it would be self explanatory as picture shows these to be in white and model # 783 BUT what they actually sent was the brown version of this box model# 12783, EVEN though picture shows WHITE and for an office, usually what is used, but they pulled a fast one and sent brown, and nowhere in description does it say brown or white, so off of picture you would think would be obvious, so be cautious of your needs. Now I have to go through the trouble of fixing this. May not be a deal breaker BUT if you're not getting what is in picture, should be a disclaimer somewhere, advising you of possible switch. That is what you get when assuming, no wonder description is VAGUE when all others do give definite coloring, bad customer service move Sam's, bad bad......tsk tsk.....
