My doctor is glad that I use Ensure and I usually have 3 or 4 a day in addition to small meals. One of my brothers had cancer and Ensure was the only thing he would consume during his last few weeks. It's healthy as well as good tasting. I highly recommend it.

I like the way Ensure Dark Chocolate has such a strong chocolate taste but is not overly sweet tasting. There is no "Vitamin" or "Cardboard" taste that a lot of supplements have. I feel like I am getting a nutritious supplement with the delicious taste of a shake!!!

She usually drinks 2 each day and has done so for probably at least 10 years. She shakes it up, and she then looks forward to drinking it. It is one of her mainstays. She is constantly checking on its whereabouts either at our house or at her assisted living facility. At least 2-3 must be kept in the refrigerator for ready use and at least 1-6 pack close at hand. This is a great vitamin supplement taken in the mornings helps to take my medications. After the operation and home therapy I spent over 4 year going to the gym 3 days a week then reduced this to doing my hobby of woodworking- making furniture.
