I enjoy the vanilla flavor and put it in my morning cereal along with blueberries, strawberries and bananas. You don't have to add sugar because the taste is sweet. I have gotten so used to this, when I run out of ensure my cereal tastes somewhat flat. When I go to buy ensure, and someone else is looking to buy it, I mention about putting it in my cereal and they always say "what a good idea, I'll try it". I usually drink one a day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband drinks one of these every night. he loves the Strawberry. what we do is put it in the freezer about 3 hours before he wants to drink it and it comes out frozen, he then wraps a paper towel around it for about 15-30 minutes and when he is ready he shakes the product and it gets real slushy and he loves it.

I have always ate healthy but I did not always reach the recommendation for my age, height and weight. It helped to keep me balanced. I continued to drink Ensure when he was born because as many people know, it is a challenge being a single mother like myself and I will be honest, I did not have the chance to eat a well balanced meal and the Ensure helped me on those days. I've tried a few other flavors and vanilla is my favorite but they're all good. It's great to have a variety of flavors so that I never get tired of them!
