It taste good and easy to digest. It's good for smoothies rather morning afternoon or evening. My favorite flavor is strawberry but the other flavors are remarkable too. So, I have been drinking it every day for 21 years now and I absolutely LOVE the new Banana Nut flavor. I usually get the Strawberry & Butter Pecan flavors, but now that they've come out with the Banana Nut, I don't think I could ever get tired of it. I know I'm reviewing the original Ensure, but their Peach & Blueberry Pomegranate flavors of the Ensure Clear are also really good if you want a change sometimes.
