I have had many spine surgeries, so I often need a food source that does not require preparation, is easy to eat even when I don't feel like eating, and I can stockpile for unexpected times. I know I am getting reliable calories and nutritional value in every bottle. It is always available at many stores and does not require refrigeration unless opened. I even carry it in my car! Without Ensure he could not have sufficient calories to survive. It is also thick enough that I do not have to add additional thickioner which he often dislikes. Thank you ensure for providing a safe drink for elderly individuals. He is not able to take the extra calorie due to the higher protein putting stress on his kidneys. Many of our older population have issues with high protein drinks and are not aware

Not only does it taste good, but I get the additional “healthy boost” along with it. Maybe next I will try it in my oatmeal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I follow a schedule when I eat. I start eating at 8am and eat every two hours stopping at 4 (or 5pm latest). I often times take snacks with me in case I am out when I am due to eat. I went to my moms house and forgot about lunch. She knows I like to eat healthy and she offered me one of her Ensure Coffee Latte drinks. I normally stay away from sugar and dairy but I a pinch, this was the healthiest option I had, and I must say that it was very delicious and I love the amount of protein offered. This is def. something I would recommend and I am thankful for my mom introducing me to this.
