I had never tried ensure, until yesterday I tried a bottle, I could not believe how sweet this product is !! The number 1 of diseases in the world, is caused by sugar, that is, by having high glucose. I have bought ensure for years for my mother and 2 years ago for my son, for the vitamins and nutrients that this product has. but so far I discover the high quantity sugar content it has.

I drink it as is or I add vanilla ice cream and make a shake. I've even added to coffee as a creamer and added as to frosting or cake mix! I love to cook and I'm always experimenting..... I have recovered and regained the lost weight. At 88 years of age, I am able to garden, maintain my lawn and many other chores. I still drink one several times each week after doing the above chores. Since drinking them they have been in better spirits and healthier than before. They love it cold because they say it taste like a milkshake, and who doesn't like healthy milkshakes.

However, I am concerned about my health and I find taking 2 ensures per day, one at 2 AM and the other 2 PM. These are not as a meal replacement but meal enhancers to make sure I am getting my daily requirement of vitamins and protein. So far I am doing great.
