I have an Ensure about the middle of the morning and then for lunch I mix with ice cream to make a milk shake and that satisfies me until I eat supper. I keep them all the time and enjoy the taste with vanilla being my all time favorite.

L., a veteran,an above the knee amputee, suffers from copd and other serious illnesses and is on 24/7 oxygen. My sister and myself constantly worry about him not being able to eat very much. About 2 years ago he began to drink Ensure daily and it has really been a lifesaver. Of course he still has serious medical issues but we don't have to worry about him getting enough nutrients as much we did before. Her bloodwork is outstanding and she still lives alone. Obviously, her genes and other factors play into her longevity; but, she enjoys her Ensure shakes and feels and acts well.
