I drink an Ensure every morning with my vitamins. It keeps me energized until mid afternoon. Then I have a healthy lunch. Sometimes I will have an Ensure at night to ward off excessive eating and snacking. I have tried other supplements but they have a chalky taste, so I went back to Ensure. I feel it helps me get my day going. A boost of energy to start the morning. I don’t like chocolate anything in the morning, so that favor just wouldn’t work for me. So I started out trying each of the other different favors until I found my favorite. The first time I tried the strawberry I thought, “Wow! This is great!” It’s smooth and creamy without any funny after taste. How can it be healthy? It taste much like a creamy strawberry smoothie.
