[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like to have some Ensure on hand for a meal or a great pick me up at any time.The taste is great, its more like a treat than a health food, it is a little too sweet for me, but the consistency is just right.

My mom got this for my grandma because she was lacking vitamins and was very weak My grandma however has no interest in liquid food so it's been sitting at the back of our fridge I decided to try it and I love it! I often don't eat breakfast until very late because eating too early makes me nauseous Drinking one of these in the morning is easy and I don't have to worry about having a balanced breakfast, it's all there This drink leaves me full and satisfied, it tastes pretty good too even if it is a little chalky in texture I will be buying this more often!

I needed something that was full of nutrients being that a lot of time he did not feel much like eating breakfast. It was also a great substitute for an evening snack. I have used it with fruits and vegetables when making smoothies. He will readily drink these drinks rather than eat a meal. Ensure has 'ensured' that he is getting the right nutrition even when not eating.
