I was recovering from open heart surgery and the nursing staff told me to drink this product three times a day. At each meal, I was given a bottle of Ensure Original. I fell in love with it and my wife and I always have a variety of Ensure in our refrigerator.

The nurses would give her an Ensure. She would drink it with a straw that the nurses would hold to her mouth and when I was there I would do it. She always seemed to enjoy it, so I tasted it once and it was good. So naturally when I choose it.

It's light and smooth, has a nice rich flavour. I have 2 children so I am always in a rush in the mornings making lunches and breakfasts for the kids I sometimes forget to eat! Ensure has made it possible for myself to get the nutrients I need without sacrificing the time I need to get my kids started for their day.
