I like to drink it cold and shake it up before I drink it, almost like a milk shake. I prefer the milk chocolate flavor, but also like the dark chocolate and vanilla flavors. I drink one every day.

I think his favorite flavor is butter pecan. I feel good about giving him Ensure because he is getting some nutrition that he otherwise would not get. He likes it at room temperature, which I find interesting. Myself, I prefer it chilled. I would say my favorite is also butter pecan. It makes a good between meals snack as well a drink to go with meals. I am my husband's 24/7 caregiver and I feel it helps keep me strong and healthy.
