It is OK. Taste is not memorable. I put a lot of chocolate into it and that helps a lot. I am trying to gain weight and this product has less than 300 calories and it fills you up. Next time I will try competitive products.

This it’s tasty, and not gritty. It’s thin and easy to swallow. It’s been helpful in keeping away low blood sugars. My bodies nutrition has improved. Only 9 grams of protein, so nutrition and hydration are its biggest benefits. Mixers easiest in the blender with frozen bagged fruit for a smoothie. Adding bananas still tastes good, but the banana thickens your smoothie significantly. That’s if you’re someone like me who has consumed so many protein smoothies, they literally scare me. Ive traded for a strawberry, kinda thick, and a banana nut, omg, I didn't mind the thickness the taste was non gritty and easy to swallow, as well as really tasty. I’ll still always be a vanilla girl.

After I came home from a hospital visit I still couldn’t get much food down & had major stomach issues. Using the Ensure was the only thing that helped me fix my issues. Good taste and nutrition and it’s vanilla. Most of Sam’s nutritional drinks are chocolate flavored, which is likely most popular, but I can’t tolerate chocolate, so was glad to find these in vanilla. However; the price wasn’t a deal. Extremely expensive! Yes inflation is up! Come on Dams you guys are supposed to offer deals in buying in bulk. Not a good price at all.

The taste is great, and it has 30g of protein After a major surgery I was recommended too have 150g of protein a day too help the healing process. These shakes help me get that. I drink at least 3 a day, sometimes using it as a meal replacement as I don’t have much of an appetite.

Bought these for my elderly mother when she doesn’t feel like eating a meal. She likes them. Bought the the vanilla flavor because that’s the only option at the time Sam’s had available. Had them shipped to her house for free with Sam’s Prime membership

Great price for this. I’m 55 and starting to weight lift and exercise again. My appetite has been poor for quite a long time and so I knew I needed to get some more calories somehow. Previously, I would only eat may be a meal a day, but I need a way to stimulate my appetite. Being that I’m never hungry in the morning, I decided to couple this with a 16.9 ounce bottle of water for my morning breakfast and it’s worked out well for me. Not only did I get the early calories that I needed, it also seem to stimulate my appetite so that I was hungry again around lunchtime, which is what I wanted. So for my purpose of getting in early morning calories and stimulating my appetite to ensure that I get enough calories to benefit from my newly established workout program. It’ll take a little while to see whether or not the nutritional value benefit in my workouts but I’m just glad my appetite is back.
