Great meal replacement

every morning i add one bottle to my coffee that it,no sugar or milk,keeps me up till after lunchtime

It is OK. Taste is not memorable. I put a lot of chocolate into it and that helps a lot. I am trying to gain weight and this product has less than 300 calories and it fills you up. Next time I will try competitive products.

Why can't you supply chocolate ensure..it's never in this store..I wait for months..never on the shelf for sale..some people don't like vanilla flavor..

I absolutely love the vanilla ensures. I would like to try the banana nut or the pecan flavors but I haven't been able to find them in stores. I haven't received a sample but I purchase the vanilla ensures Religiously! I try to drink one with each meal. I buy the big box again before I run out of them because theyre that good and beneficial!

After I came home from a hospital visit I still couldn’t get much food down & had major stomach issues. Using the Ensure was the only thing that helped me fix my issues. With the help of the Ensure I finally was able to get back to myself again. I think it’s an Amazing product & couldn’t believe what a difference it made! Thank You Ensure!!!

Good taste and nutrition and it’s vanilla. Most of Sam’s nutritional drinks are chocolate flavored, which is likely most popular, but I can’t tolerate chocolate, so was glad to find these in vanilla. However; the price wasn’t a deal. Extremely expensive! Yes inflation is up! Come on Dams you guys are supposed to offer deals in buying in bulk. Not a good price at all.

The taste is great, and it has 30g of protein After a major surgery I was recommended too have 150g of protein a day too help the healing process. These shakes help me get that. I drink at least 3 a day, sometimes using it as a meal replacement as I don’t have much of an appetite.

This it’s tasty, and not gritty. It’s thin and easy to swallow. It’s been helpful in keeping away low blood sugars. My bodies nutrition has improved. Only 9 grams of protein, so nutrition and hydration are its biggest benefits. Mixers easiest in the blender with frozen bagged fruit for a smoothie. Adding bananas still tastes good, but the banana thickens your smoothie significantly. That’s if you’re someone like me who has consumed so many protein smoothies, they literally scare me. Ive traded for a strawberry, kinda thick, and a banana nut, omg, I didn't mind the thickness the taste was non gritty and easy to swallow, as well as really tasty. I’ll still always be a vanilla girl.
