But the original are really tasty and I would drink it even without the health benefits. But they provide a good mixture of vitamins and nutrients if you prefer to get it this way vs a multivitamin and you get the benefit of protein.

I'm not able to digest food the way your suppose to. I drink two Ensures a day along with a soft dinner and when I get my blood work done, my health numbers always come back good. I truly believe that Ensure keeps me healthy! Try mixing Vanilla & chocolate together with some chipped ice. Taste great! I also pour a bottle in a cup, freeze it to almost frozen and eat it like ice cream. YUM!!! If you have health issues this is great for you! Believe me it keeps me going! Thanks ENSURE!

I drank 1 ensure a day 1 month before surgery to make sure I was getting needed vitamins and nitrients to help me through surgery. After surgery when I was on a multiple regime of pain meds, I couldn’t eat, no appetite, lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. So I started again drinking 1 ensure a day. It was such a great help! Unfortunately, i got terribly sick after one shake, it rather triggered my migraine attack and the end was not very comfortable at all. Its amazing at growing muscle but those migraine headache sufferers out there, its too dangerous perhaps due to the artificial sweetener thats a trigger if not for that id be on this ensure everyday

I bought a case of Ensure Max with 30 grams of protein. Unfortunately, I had so much trouble opening each carton, that I could not enjoy the beverage. I actually had to use a wrench to open each carton, and that ended up destroying the top and causing leaks. It's a joke that Ensure is marketed to the elderly because very few will even be able to open it. I will never buy Ensure Max protein again until I can be sure the manufacturer will fix those tops.
