I have always had a struggle to gain weight and since I have started this product I have either stayed at a healthy weight or actually gained much more! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my wife was told that she had cancer the MSK advised her to take 3 cans of ensure(dark) per day during her chemo treatment, she is currently in her 4 week of treatment. They also advised her that after treatment she should continue with Ensure at least 1 can per day. She will be under MSK as long as she is treated. Your product is not covered by Medicare but is covered by Medicaid, which she is not eligable for. Your company Abbott she make some compensation for people in her situation. The product is great.

We ended up making it part of our normal shopping, and we will both have a bottle every day or so. Great way to get extra vitamins and calories!

I was recently in the hospital after a car accident suffering multiple broken bones. I have ensure in my fridge. The expiration date is a year from now. I shook a bottle before opening it, the seal was not broken. As I was about to take a drink I noticed an orange colored smudge on the mouth of the bottle. It is rust from the metal on the lid. There's no unpleasant aftertaste. I keep a few bottles of Ensure in my work fridge and grab one when I forget to take lunch. I also keep our fridge at home fully stocked for family and guests. Both Ensure Original Strawberry and Chocolate flavors hit the spot when craving an evening treat. Ice cold right from the refrigerator is the best!

I often times take snacks with me in case I am out when I am due to eat. I went to my moms house and forgot about lunch. She knows I like to eat healthy and she offered me one of her Ensure Coffee Latte drinks. I normally stay away from sugar and dairy but I a pinch, this was the healthiest option I had, and I must say that it was very delicious and I love the amount of protein offered. This is def. something I would recommend and I am thankful for my mom introducing me to this.
