This is a great vitamin supplement taken in the mornings helps to take my medications. After the operation and home therapy I spent over 4 year going to the gym 3 days a week then reduced this to doing my hobby of woodworking- making furniture.

It seems to have the right amount of protein/calories/vitamins/etc for me, I have felt better and had more energy since I have been taking Ensure.
