[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is nearly seventy years old and has been drinking Ensure for the past ten years. He enjoys all the flavors, particularly the Original Vanilla, and also likes the High Protein and Plus options. Ensure provides all the vitamins and minerals that he requires on a daily basis. In addition, since he is a diabetic, it is a healthy choice, only having four grams of sugar per serving. Whenever I grocery shop, he always reminds me to "stock up" on the Ensure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every morning before I take my daily exercise, I make sure I drink Ensure Original shake. Not only does this Ensure drink makes me revitalized but also I feel and look good. At 70 years old, I give back to the community by teaching computer courses in a local college. The energy I get from Ensure is passed on to my a-lot-younger students.
