After my husband had brain surgery they recommended that he drink an Ensure everyday, he absolutely loves it, loves all the flavors and we started seeing a difference right away. His surgery was 1 1/2 years ago and he still has his Ensure everyday. Thank you wonderful product.

I think his favorite flavor is butter pecan. I feel good about giving him Ensure because he is getting some nutrition that he otherwise would not get. He likes it at room temperature, which I find interesting. Myself, I prefer it chilled. I would say my favorite is also butter pecan. It makes a good between meals snack as well a drink to go with meals. I am my husband's 24/7 caregiver and I feel it helps keep me strong and healthy. As I get older, I know the importance of getting enough protein and quite often my schedule doesn't permit a complete meal. For this reason, I keep Butter Pecan Ensure handy both at work and home. I wish the higher protein Ensure were also available in the Butter Pecan flavor and larger multi-packs at local stores.

My wife passed away in June of this year from pneumonia and Afib. While in the hospital she was given Ensure with a light breakfast, to provide much needed vitamin content as she had not been eating. During her stay she started to gain weight and strength. She was instructed to continue with Ensure. It was unfortunate that two weeks later she passed away from heart failure.
