Sometimes she just is not into chewing a lot of food so I pop open and ensure and I know she's getting the vitamins minerals and calories she needs for that part of the day. I drink this as a replacement meal, and believe me when I say it's so yummy that you'll forget that it's packed with tons of nutrition! It has 9 grams of protein, 26 different vitamins and minerals, and only 220 calories- you just can't beat that with any other meal replacement drink! I love this product and I recommend it to everyone! I give Ensure two thumbs up and five stars!

I have variable GI issues that mean sometimes I can't handle solid food for days, weeks, or even months. Ensure helps keep me nourished and at a decent weight during these times, as it's one of the few foods I can keep down. I love most of the flavors but the coffee is one of my favorites.
