[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink an Ensure daily. It is loaded with protein and vitamins and it really helps to keep my body going. Sometimes I do not eat healthy foods like I should so Ensure picks up the "goodness" my body needs. I would be the 1st to tell anyone to drink just one Ensure a day and then go have a great day.

My wife and I drink the Original version every day for lunch. It is satisfying and delicious. It also saves us a lot of money that we would be spending on lunch meat, etc. and it is more nutritious. Great product. By the way, to the person who is struggling to remove the cap, just unscrew the cap and it breaks the seal. No need o remove or break two seals.

So overall this product has saved my life in eating disorder recovery. It was all I was able to tolerate in the hospital and in residential treatment. It was a great way to get the nutrition that I needed and I still drink it even though I am out of treatment because I am now a freshman in college and don't always have time. I am a little concerned at the sugar content and if that is a normal amount of sugar. If one bottle has 15g and one meal is at least two, That means you consume 90g of sugar at least a day if you have six servings. I don't know if anyone else has thought about this I am just curious you know?

I teach Exercise and Line dancing classes at St. Pete Beach Recreation Center twice a week, and Line Dancing at a Senior Residence, Westminster Palms located in downtown St. Petersburg, FL once a week.
