I have grown to love the Milk Chocolate flavor and occasionally strawberry, The best part of it all, is it's lactose intolerant. It's not Milk based. In addition, I am one person that does not eat when stressed & Ensure has proven to fulfill that empty spot, while slowly bossing your appetite, making you hungry. Once my appetite returned, I continued to take Ensure daily with meals to assist with my weight gain mission. It worked. His medications can steal the proteins from him, and we count on Ensure to not only replace them, but to increase. Ensure provides delicious flavors and healthy calories that he desperately needs since he loses too much weight from his low appetite. Ensure is almost the only thing that remain the "perfect way of life" for us.
