Fantastic product and we love using these daily. After 30 days of use, the side clip/lock broke. I emailed the company on buying a new lid and they sent me a brand new unit for free! Amazing customer service that got back to me in 24 hrs!

I wish i could give more stars. This product is not leakproof. My salad dressing is always all over the place. I had to buy a different container to hold the dressing

Keeps products either hot or cold, easy to wash, easy to store. very durable, the lids hold a good seal, tray on top holds a variety of toppings for salads. Totally recommend this product to anyone for everday use, both children and adults.

We bought our Bentgo over a year ago our daughter absolutely love it. Recently the lid clip snapped. She was devastated. But i contacted Bentgo and they were very quick to respond and grant us a replacement. Great customer service!
