This was really good, reminded me of Boudin Bread. I actually think I like this bread better.

We LOVE this "INKED ORGANICS" brand mainly because it is USDA Certified Organic *and* tastes great either plain or toasted! These are cut as thick pieces for crunchy toast w/ toppings or for (vegan) plain French toast with maple syrup. This tasty bread is wonderful with (vegan) butter, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, and some maple syrup. It is also great for snacks or lunches with just plain sesame tahini. Sweeten the sourdough taste with (vegan) sweet butter and marmalade or jelly for a quick snack or breakfast. Would love to see it packaged and sold as a set (two loaves), because these go fast since they are thick. This bread also keeps well (without refrigeration), which is a plus to avoid spoilage!

I loved that it’s made in the Bay Area. The best sourdough comes from there and can’t be imitated. I was skeptical because of the price, but it was great. I wish they would make the slices thinner. Will buy again.

I love this bread. Please make it more available in Other stores. It’s the best tasting sourdough on the market, and it’s Organic!
