We have loved these chairs. Used them at our lake house for four years and they are very weather resistant. However, today I sat on one of the chairs and a slat on the seat broke (see pic). Can I get a replacement for this slat?

I bought two of these chairs and love them! So comfortable and relatively easy to assemble. I did have one of the seat slats crack, but customer service helped out with one email and sent me a replacement. Love it!

Very well made, look great and very comfortable. Assembly was easy but I agree with another review I read not to tighten all the screws until all applied.

You never know what to expect when buying something online. However, these chairs were a pleasant surprise. Well made, heavy duty and easy to assemble. Also, the faux wood material has a very real look and feel to it. Very happy with this purchase. 

These chairs were Not,the easiest to put together. For me not took my brother and myself as they are awkward. But,they are strong and durable and as you can see, beautiful! They are a value and worth the investment. In getting four more!!!!

I was thrilled when I received these chairs. They are comfortable, durable and look GREAT! I've enjoyed them for 2 years. They stay outside and they look as good as new. I highly recommend them.

We were give two of the brown chairs about 6 years ago and we simply live them. They go on our front lawn in the Spring and get put away in the Fall. They went together easy and clean up beautifully with a sponge and soap.

The material you are using for your screws is to soft. Assembly was much harder than it needed to be as a result. Other than the screws the product seems like fair quality for the price.

I bought my 3 years ago and still looking good. I bought similar at Homedepot for 60 dollar less them a year ago and they are gone. I would like to purchase two more in white for my pool area...do they have them in white??? please let e know

Easy to assemble...just make sure you tighten all the screws when you're done, not at each step....this chair is made to last. Beautiful finish and parts all fit together well, screw holes are aligned etc. If not, you've done something wrong!
