I bought 2 Adirondack chairs, footrests and matching table. Packaging was excellent and all arrived in perfect condition. Assemble was easy and all drilled holes matched exactly with their accompanying mating points. Someone cared enough in the manufacturing process to ensure final accuracy. Products exceeded my expectations in all facets!

We bought one chair at BJs for pickup which was evidently the floor model because it was already put together. It had two small light-colored stains on the seat we didn’t think were that big a deal. We ordered the second chair from BJs and had it delivered to us. It was one day old when our two year old grandson came to visit and got sunscreen from his hands on many places on the chair. I tried to remove those spots with various cleaners, and nothing takes those stains off. The redwood color looks awful with those stains. The first chair’s light-colored marks must have been from food or people touching it at the store. You don’t want these chairs around young children.

I started out with one to put out by my fire pit. I have three teak wood chairs that I have to oil regularly. This Adirandack chair looked great with my real wood chairs and it was so comfortable and easy to move around that I went back and bought two more! I love that I don't have to do anything to them to keep them looking nice!

My chair broke a horizontal rib in the base. They immediately sent me a new base and even told me when it was shipped and arrival time. Very satisfied with their support.

I would give the chair a 5 star rating but my husband had to redrill some of the holes as some were 1/4" off. They are very sturdy and beautiful chairs, and they will last a Lifetime.

Chair is poorly designed. Bought two. Both broke in same place and one in the seat. Neither have been in sun. Might as well used cardboard to build chair. Had to cut and replace busted parts with oak. Will never buy another product from these guys.

I bought my 3 years ago and still looking good. I bought similar at Homedepot for 60 dollar less them a year ago and they are gone. I would like to purchase two more in white for my pool area...do they have them in white??? please let e know

When we bought these chairs approximately 4yrs ago I thought they were great. Now there are pieces cracking and breaking. I guess they're only as good as the warranty.

My children bought this adirondock Chair for my life for mother's day. I put it together it is well built and comfortable. Look forward to a lifetime on rest in the chair

The material you are using for your screws is to soft. Assembly was much harder than it needed to be as a result. Other than the screws the product seems like fair quality for the price.
