2 out of 4 chairs broke in box

Needed two replacement parts for my chair. Customer service was amazing, efficient and very pleasant to deal with.

I had a slat in a chair break and the company sent me replacement parts no questions asked. They really stand behind their products.

I love the chair .. ordered 2 but one was damaged. Return but can’t order one online. Very upset bc it was an anniversary present for my son.

I have had the pleasure of owning these adirondack chairs. They are extremely comfortable to site in and are very well made.

The chairs shipped quickly, they were easy to put together, seem like good quality. It’s only been a few weeks but so far so good.
