Two chairs were cracked out of the box. Not impressed...

Excellent customer service. a storm damaged a leg of our adirondack chair. Free replacement shipped out in less than a week.

I made a mistake and put a long screw in the wrong place and damaged the part. Company replacing for me.

We had a broken Adirondack chair. I called the Customer Service number and within a few days had a new. They were exceptionally easy to work with!

I have had the pleasure of owning these adirondack chairs. They are extremely comfortable to site in and are very well made.

Just brought the chairs. They seem waterproof but I’m a little concerned about the screws rusting so I sprayed them wirh a rust proof gel.
