I have never bought a mattress before, first got memory form out of a box and it was terrible so I exchanged for tempur-proAdapt soft and really do not like it either. Since I already had one exchange they would not take this back and refund my money. I just do not like it so it is in the other room and I am still sleeping on my old bed. Great product but not for me.

My husband and I purchased a Tempurpedic Mattress and box springs 9+ years ago. Recently we started having problems with the mattress sagging. I called the company and they couldn't have been better! Their service was extraordinary! They far exceeded my expectations! Everything they said and did was perfect! I am so excited to have found truly great service in today's world! This is our second Tempur-pedic mattress ,our first one we bought 16 years ago ,when they first came out & all it had was one thick piece of foam & as for me i didn't see anything wrong with it ,but my wife was having back problems ,so we bought the Pro-adapt firm & now she has no more back pain ,not everyone will like the firm mattress ,but we are very happy with it.We looked at other brands, but we kept coming back to the Tempur-pedic,it is higher than our old mattress ,but we are getting used to it.

I bought the split king and I have been very pleased with it. These are the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. I have back problems and my husband has sinus problems and we adjust our beds appropriately and have had no problem since we purchased these. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We have had our new Pro-adapt hybrid mattress for about a month. It is unbelievable how much better our bodies feel when we wake up each day. The mattress is very comfortable and we do not wake up in the middle of the night as we did often with our old mattress. The mattress is somewhat expensive but well worth it if you want to feel better each day!

My husband is a stomach sleeper so the only choice was the Pro-Adapt Firm. I was nervous it would be TOO Firm and not my comfy Tempur-pedic I had grown to love. We went to the store just so we could try everything thing out to be sure. We are 30 days in and I love it. Well, we BOTH love it. We got the adjustable base as well and I think everynight I say to my husband...I LOVE OUR BED!!

I admit I had doubts it was as good as advertised, and I am so happy to say I was wrong to have those doubts! From the first night I felt the difference in my sleep and my body when I woke up. It forms perfectly where I need it to, no more waking up in the middle of the night to change positions. My husband is equally satisfied with the mattress, especially not being disturbed when I move around!

But given a few weeks it loosened up and has stayed comfortable since. My only complaint is sometimes I do get hot, but I sleep hot normally and it is in the hot summer months now. I should've probably bought the cooling pro adapt mattress but just couldn't move myself to spend the extra grand on that price tag. But I'm happy enough with my mattress so I'm set.

Love the adjustable feature, especially if stuffy nose, neck sore etc. We bought a split king-it's nice to have separate adjustments for position. Does not sleep hot at all-temperature very consistent. Have only had for a few months but comfy immediately and has not dented/sunk. Takes no time at all to get comfortable. My neck has felt great since getting this bed. Cons: ordering process was chaotic. It took longer than expected without much communication. I'm kind of bony and don't move much in my sleep-the bed is so comfy I don't really move so my arms are both going numb if I sleep on my side. No problems in other beds. Also, split king is hard if you have small kids-someone ends up "in the crack" if they get in bed with you. The crack isn't terrible but I often wish we had gotten the king.

We just got our mattress delivered today and cannot wait to use it for the first time! I know we need to give it about 30 days to fully adjust and be comfortable, but so far it looks and operates well! We haven't been sleeping well at all for days now and I know it will be a wonderful experience!
