The issue is not with the product. I recently requested an exchange for my newly purchased mattress, to an upgraded more expensive model. Now, keep in mind that it took 32 days to receive my first mattress, including the adjustable bases. (that was also a fight to get) We are coming on 14 days and I still have not received my exchange mattress. I have called more times than I care to mention. Ever time I call, the wait time is awful long. When I finally speak to a "customer" service rep, I get an answer of your order will process in 5 to 7 days, call back. Along with the lovely " have I helped you? and is there anything else I can do?" HA!! You haven't done anything. So, I call back once again. 7 days to be fair. The response, I am sorry, it takes 7 to 10 days for your order to process. So, I call on day 10, then told to call back again. That it takes 10 to 14 days. Today, after being told not once but twice to speak to a special department and being on hold. AND hung up on twice. I am still no where. And calling on day 15. DO NOT, DO NOT purchase from on-line. Find a store, compare your prices. Do not get stuck in this horrible nightmare! When I asked if I could cancel my whole order and how long it would take for funds to be retransmitted. 10 to 14 days.......

We upgraded to this mattress from a "hybrid" Sterns & Foster. My wife has severe scoliosis and needed a pure foam, firm mattress. The Pro-Adapt is just a great mattress. Cool, super supportive, and really terrific for people who have spinal issues such as my wife. I love it too. Best mattress of about a dozen that I've owned in my life. Wish it were cheaper, because then I'd buy two more for the other bedrooms.

We have had the mattress for about 2 months now and it has definitely had a great impact on our sleep and well-being. The mattress is perfect for both back and side sleepers. The sleep I get now is way better than before and I no longer wake up with a sore back.

I credit this to the lack of transfer of motion and the temperature control of this mattress. I never feel my husband getting in our out of the bed and neither of us sleep hot anymore. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the firm mattress and at first, we thought it may be too firm. However, once we started sleeping on it, it felt wonderful! My back never felt sore and I felt well rested. In fact, my sleep tracker indicated an increase of 1.5 hours of deep sleep each night once I changed to the Tempurpedic mattress. I was more rested, even though my total hours of sleep didn't change. The cooling gel also kept us from getting too hot at night.

Has taken awhile to adjust and still a work in progress. Harder or maybe denser than I like. There was a Tempur-Pedic sales rep in store that day. Sales person ask what I was looking for in new mattress and my sleep patterns. Told her I had good experiences with euro pillow tops while traveling. But she recommended the mattress I purchased over the pillow top. Not sure if might have been more satisfied or not with pillow top. But do wonder about my choice due to the firmness and breaking in period. Know I could return for a fee but will try to make this one work. I am sleeping more sound. So will probably be ok.

This mattress is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort. I'm 6'3" at 215 lbs this mattress holds it's shape and keeps me sleeping all night long. The order process was a little confusing. I was searching to set up a delivery date, but couldn't find one. I wish the website told that you will be emailed in a few days during the purchase process to set up a delivery date. This message isn't sent to you for a couple of days after purchase. The delivery was very quick and efficient. Highly recommend buying through Tempurpedic.com directly.

This mattress is amazingly comfortable, we have only had it for about a month but we are sleeping like we never slept before. My husband always had a backache and his shoulders would hurt with our old mattress, now he wakes up pain free. I am getting a very restfull nights sleep.
