Aft first, we held off on buying a Tempur-Pedic because pricing was over our budget. In hindsight, we should have gotten the mattress sooner. Pressure relief is fantastic and my hips do not hurt in the morning. I stopped tossing and turning during the night and feel rested in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is growing on me. The first night, I woke up with a hip ache from sleeping on my side. We've had this king size mattress for about a month now, and it's getting more comfortable as time passes and we break it in. I prefer a plush-type mattress and this is what me and my partner settled on for the both of us. I have sleep issues such as insomnia, tossing and turning, waking up frequently, back problems, etc. I can't say that this mattress has improved any of the issues I have that much. My back does feel a bit better compared to my last mattress. The mattress is comfortable when you are laying down. My partner really likes it, but he doesn't really have any sleep issues. Honestly, I'm not as impressed as I thought I'd be with all the hype that Tempur-Pedic mattresses get. But I do think this is probably a great fit for some people out there. Just not sure if I'm that person since it's only been a month of sleeping on it. All in all, I do think I would recommend this to the right person. It is a nice mattress. But like I said, just not sure if it's for me, yet.

We were initially very happy with our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Soft mattress—it was comfortable and felt like a great investment. However, after just a couple of years, it started to lose its shape and is now sagging in multiple areas. Since this seemed like a clear product failure, we filed a warranty claim. We provided all requested documentation, including photos showing proper support underneath the mattress and that we’ve consistently used a mattress protector as recommended at the time of purchase. Despite this, our claim was denied, citing improper care. This was extremely frustrating and honestly confusing, given that we’ve followed all care guidelines. It’s hard to understand how that conclusion was reached based on the information provided. No expert came out to review the mattress they based this on a few images that to be looked exactly like the examples. For a product at this price point, I expected better durability and stronger support from the company in honoring their warranty. This experience has been very disappointing and has definitely changed my perspective. I would encourage others to look closely at warranty coverage and long-term performance before making a purchase. I would NOT recommend this product OR this company after this experience.

I have had a Temper-pedic for over 9 years. It was time for a change. I received the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid in mid-March. It is SO COMFORTABLE....No break in at all......No more Siatic pain when I get up in the mornings. Do Not Hesitate to get one for you, you'll love it too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was waking up stiff and sore more morning than not, and decided I wanted to get a new mattress. I went to a mattressfirm and tried nearly every bed they had on the lot and decided to go with the ProdAdapt Medium-Hybrid and I am very happy after a month. I have seen others say that the bed needs to be walked on and such, but I thought the bed was perfect out of the box. I tend to start my night on my back and end up on my side, and what I love most about this bed is how comfortable sleeping on your side is. I did not get the controlled platform base (yet) but my expectations are that will make my experience even greater with this bed.

From night one, I could instantly tell a difference in my overall sleeping experience. It took me less time to get comfortable and fall asleep and I also slept better and longer while waking up refreshed and well rested the next day. I highly recommend!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got this mattress because it was 'firm' and it is firm in the middle when i'm on it. however, the edges are not firm, and since i sit on the edge to get into my wheelchair, that's a problem. And i lean on it when i get into the bed, which makes the mattress move; that's not so bad because i can fix it easily when i'm off it. if a person with some disability is considering getting it, be sure to check the height; none of the 3" increments made it work for me, so my daughter got some things from the hardware and added them to two of the 3" leg parts, and now it's good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really soft and supportive matress. I've been getting great sleep. It is a bit overpriced and the "white glove" delivery only will deliver on Wednesday and Friday and you cannot choose time so it's very inconvenient to receive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has taken me a little over a week to adjust but my app tracker is showing an improvement in my REM sleep times. It has helped my back some by adjusting the head a little while I sleep. Great for watching my tv shows in too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not so firm as expected around the perimeter as I'm constantly sliding off in the sitting position and it makes me feel very nervous when I'm lying down as I feel like I'm going to fall out of bed. I usually sleep close to the edge of the bed but I've had to sleep about a foot away from the edge to avoid falling about 4 or 5 feet through nightstands to the floor. I've contacted customer service and only got a request for pictures. Pictures of myself falling off the bed? Really? Not satisfied at all at this time.
