Noticed ability to do greater number of pushups -- synergy between this product and increased ability to perform muscle related workout. These are the nastiest smelling capsules. I constantly burp up the nasty tasting things all day long. I have a container that’s almost full, you can have them. I won’t take another one even if they were magic.
