I purchased this mattress at the end of May it is noe the beginning of August. There is a noticeable divot already where I lay and I feel like I'm going to roll out of the bed. I rotated the mattress this morning so it can at least wear evenly. However, it shouldn't be this worn down on one side after 3 months.

Don't buy!! Didn't even last a year!
We bought this mattress less than a year ago and already it sinks in where my husband and I sleep. I now wake up each morning with a sore lower back. When I was able to sleep directly in the middle between where my husband and I usually sleep that was the one morning that I woke up without a sore back. I didn't keep the wrapper so I remember being told that I won't be able to return it without the wrapper that it came in. I loved it at first and thought it would be good. I wish I had know the quality wasn't good enough to last even a year. :(

Scammers!
Do not buy online from Sam's Club. The delivery company refuses to deliver my bed and Sam's club refuse to give me a refund because the delivery company puts a new date on the computer every week. I am having my bank dispute this. What a headache from scammers!
not worth the money
this is nice to look st, but thats all. there's more lumps than a kid with acne. customer service agreed to refund my money only if i purchased another beautyrest mattress. I'll probably take it back to Sam's for a full refund. purchased april 2025 .returning 12. 2025 it's sagging a little already !!!

Middle of the mattress is higher than the sides of
I bought a beauty rest queen size mattress about 30 days ago. The mattress itself in the middle of it is higher than the sides of the mattress. So when youāre laying on it, you feel like youāre gonna roll off. It seems to be comfortable, but itās just not even all over. You turned to your side and you feel like itās just gonna roll you back over on your back because of the middle of the mattress is up higher. I would not recommend this mattress. Also, when you sit on the side of the bed, thereās no support in there.

Deep dip appeared in firm version after 4-5 months
I purchased king sized firm for back pain. I loved it initially. Added a 1-inch padded (not foam) mattress cover for the perfect amount of cushioning. Sadly, about a month after the 100-day try-out period expired a 2"-3" dip developed. From one 150lb person. It's now 6 months after purchase and the dip/crater is killing my back. So disappointing because I did a lot of research and Serta is a well known brand. Apparently I did not go back far enough in the reviews to see others with the same complaint. Sam's Club white glove delivery and setup was great and arranging the return through Serta was easy. Back to the search ... sigh

Don't buy a mattress from Sam's Club!
We bought this mattress July 7, 2025. It was delivered July 23, 2025. It was great for about a week, then the depressions and lumps began to form. We kept sleeping on the mattress to see what was going to happen. Would the mattress get worse or stop and settle at that point. It got worse. We've rotated the mattress, head to toe spin, every 4 weeks, to ensure we weren't simply hitting "one spot per person". I'm 6'1" and 225 pounds, she's 5'10" and 80 pounds less than me. It's now October 10th, 2025, and we are not satisfied with the Beauty Rest Mattress, we are extremely DISSATISFIED. The Sam's Club web page states, "100 Night In-Home Trial - It takes time to adjust to your new mattress which is why we want to give Sam's members up to 100 nights to try it risk-free (trial period starts on the day of delivery). If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your mattress or set for a full refund." We've given the mattress as long as we can to see if it would work out and be within the "100 day risk free" trial period. Today, October 10, 2025, I called Sam's Club to set up a return for the mattress. I talked with Bridget, at the corporate office, to set up the return. Bridget said she had to call Beauty Rest before the mattress could be returned, even though the web page said "100-day risk free" trial period, I could not return the mattress until she got the "OK" from the vendor. I did not buy from the vendor; I bought it online from Sam's Club. Bridget asks that I give her 24 to 48 hours (It's now Friday Afternoon) to communicate with the vendor, Serta/Beauty Rest, to get instructions on how to move forward, I stated I wanted to return the mattress and get my money back, period. Bridget said she had to ask and wasn't sure I would get my money back...I said not good enough. I had followed the rules and Sam's Club should honor their end of the sale. Bridget simply repeated her intent to call the vendor before taking any action toward refunding my money. So here I am, waiting. The last mattress I bought from Sam's Club had a ten-year warranty on it, just as all Serta Mattresses I've ever bought have. The catch is after a few years, they quit making that model of mattress so that when, not if, you have an issue that requires warranty, they don't have that model anymore. That makes for another hassle. Sam's Club also limits the number of times you can warranty a mattress within the Ten (10) year period to twice (2). I can't find that limitation on Serta's warranty web page. I promised Bridget I would never buy another mattress at Sam's Club based upon their process of applying the warranty and returns. Mattresses are not what they used to be, reliable and built to last. There's more to come for this review based upon how Sam's Club handles this issue of returning a mattress within the "trial period" and getting a full refund. I'm not just another disgruntled customer, I have followed the rules laid out in Sam's Club web pages.
