One of my containers had a minor issue, called customer service and they helped me right away with a replacement. I have been packing lunches with Bentgo for the last 8 years ever since my oldest son started pre-K and now have three kids in school and use these great lunch boxes for all three. They are sturdy, stylish, and make packing lunches a breeze because each compartment is a reminder of what to pack. I usually pack a sandwich, cut up apple, some salty snack, and a sweet treat such as cookies. For my middle son who is always hungry we can easily fit meat sticks, granola bars, and string cheese in addition to the meal I pack for my oldest son. These have never leaked or opened in my kids’ backpacks, the trays are top shelf dishwasher safe, and the outer shell is easy to handwash. I recommend getting two for each kid so they while one tray is drying overnight you have a second tray to use for the next days lunch. Fantastic purchase that you will not regret!

I absolutely love this product and all the brand's products for that matter. You get no spills at all. NO SPILLS. Perfect amount of divisions, plus versatile with the removable division. Keeps food at the right/desired temperature. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. It fits perfectly on the PB Mackenzie cold pack lunchbox. And did I mentioned they have amazing customer service!

My grandson loves the Bentgo box we got him for school. It's perfect for his lunches and enables him to take a variety of foods each day in a sealed container. Unfortunately, the gasket that seals each section became black, as a result of mold or mildew. The company was wonderful and offered to send me a replacement! We’ve been using the Bentgo Fresh for our now-3-year-old’s preschool lunches for a year now and are very happy with it. The compartments hold several “courses” that never spill into each other. It’s secure enough not to fall open in his backpack but still possible for him to open himself.

I use this lunchbox for my son in PK2, another in PK5, and 1st grader. It's compartment sizes are great and I like the extra divider that comes with it. They can go in the dishwasher which makes for easy cleanup. We use for both school days or days when we're out on the go!
