[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TEMPUR-Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress for a few weeks now, and it has been a total game changer! I can say the quality of my and my husband's sleep has truly increased. We selected the medium support mattress and have no regrets at all! We absolutely love it! It provides the perfect balance between semi-firm support and plush comfort, which we totally love because it truly combines the best of both worlds. We don't feel like we're laying down on a wooden plank or about to sink into a pile of cotton, the balance is simply amazing. We have also been enjoying the cool to touch technology and now I have actually been able to sleep through most of the night since I'm not tossing and turning due to heat uncomfortability. And last but not least, the pressure relief comfort layer has helped ease so much of the back pain, along with other aches and discomforts that we had been dealing with on a nightly basis. The tightness and aches that I have been experiencing! I'm been dealing with a lot of tightness, especially on my back and around my hips ( I'm 4 months postpartum), and these have definitely improved since I started sleeping on our Tempur-Pedic mattress. We highly recommend getting one and can definitely see ourselves purchasing some of these mattresses for our little ones in the future! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great mattress it sleeps nice, I bought it for my wife so maybe she would sleep better which it helped her some. One only reason I give this mattress a four star instead of five is one the price is high and it didn't make my wife a 100% happy but other then that it's great.

After reading several reviews and trying out this mattress in the store, my wife and I decided to purchase 2 Twin XL's. At first, this mattress seemed comfortable, but after a couple of nights, I noticed that it does not support the upper back, neck, and shoulder areas. I tried several different pillows and tried sleeping in different positions but I just couldn't get to sleep peacefully. When I did wake up, my back was twisted and achy. Secondly, when you turn on your side there is little support and it is quite uncomfortable. After 55 days of restless sleep, I returned this mattress for the Pro Adapt Medium model. With all that being said, what works for one person may not work for another. My wife is satisfied with her mattress but she does not suffer from back and neck issues. Be sure to shop around and try out as many tempur pedic beds as possible before buying. The company has a nice portfolio of different mattress styles and they definitely have something for everyone. Also, make sure you have a pillow that is compatible to the mattress. I noticed that certain pillows work great with some mattresses, but when you switch beds, the pillow takes on a totally different feel. I am pleased that tempur pedic has a return policy. Otherwise, I would be one unhappy sleepless customer. I am very happy with the Pro Adapt Medium Firm Mattress.

Mattress was wonderful and loved the product but now after three years it has started cracking vertically and horizontally. Filed the proper claims process and was immediately declined stating the discoloration on the under cloth (which cannot be washed) was the cause due to a spill. This stain was actually caused by sweat due to the heat that retains in the memory foam and now the claims department stated there is nothing they can do or help with. Needless to say I will not purchase another tempurpedic mattress again due to this customer service and warranty response to not guarantee their product like they claimed. 10 year warranty was not upheld and quality and customer assurance is not their top priority.

I bought this mattress hoping to have a good experience, but all I did was waste my money on something that doesn't give me rest. The mattress sinks, and every day without exception I wake up with back pain, I have never had so much pain as now. The pain remains all day. I'm desperate because I spent a lot of money and I can't rest. I'm trying to find a solution, I hope Tempur can do something, since the investment is not cheap at all. When they solve the problem I will return with an update

We first bought the soft Tempur-Pedic and it was comfortable but a bit too soft for my husband as he had trouble getting out of bed. We brought it back and got the Tempur Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress. We on were on it for quite awhile in the store and thought it was comfortable however after the first night I woke up with my lower back and shoulder hurting. It was worst the second night. My husband thought the mattress was fine. I regret getting it and wish we were able to return it. We have lost a great deal of money on this mattress.

This mattress has been great for my back and hip pain. The memory foam provides great lumbar support and I don't wake up hurting anymore. It took me about a week to adjust to the new mattress; I would have some good and bad sleep nights. My husband struggled to sleep the first month but now is used to the mattress and sleeps well.

This is our second tempurpedic mattress and we LOVE it, the improvements are noticeable. My husband has finally found relief to his joint pain from his cancer treatments and the Ease base adds so much more to getting in the right position for a great nights sleep! Worth every penny!

My only complaint is not having bought this bed sooner. The bed is initially fairly stiff, however after 3-4 weeks it is breaking in very nicely. Actually I have a second complaint, and I hope that it finds tempurpedic employees. While I understand the importance of a mattress protector, it's moderately annoying to have one placed on top of the bed that moves around. You already have a cover that zips on the bed, why not make a protective cover that zips on to the bed? Even if it cost $250 I would buy it in a heart beat to avoid my current cover slipping on the bed every night.

I have found the mattress to be firmer than the one in the show room, making me wonder if it will become as comfortable as that one was. Hips and shoulders are less tight, but still feeling some of that after sleeping on my side. I was told it would take a bit of time to soften up a bit, so here's hoping.
