I bought the Adapt to replace my 2001 old school era Tempurpedic mattress. It was a seemless switch without any adjustment period. Just more supportive, pressure free, comfortable sleep. Spring mattresses of all sorts put pressure on my hips that leaves me tossing and turning all night. I am highly sensitive. But not my Tempurpedic! I'm a fan for life.

I've suffered with osteoarthritis in my back for 10 years. Therapy, medication and exercise did little to alleviate the pain. Then I discovered Tempurpedic mattress. I highly recommend this mattress for those who suffer from lower back pain. Its well worth the price to be able to rise each morning pain-free. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the fact that the mattress is unique and versatile, when you lie on it in winter it seems to accumulate your heat, warming you up additionally, but in summer, on the contrary, it is not hot on it, the body doesn't sweat, the top layer seems to breathe. I didn't think that a mattress could be so comfortable, it adapts to the shape of my body, lying on it is very comfortable, not hard, my spine doesn't hurt, I wake up and nothing hurts, as often happens when you sleep on an uncomfortable mattress. Sleep is an important part of our life and a good comfortable mattress is a sacred thing. It is sewn perfectly, doesn't deform, there are handles on the back side to make it easier to take, it is not too heavy, it is of pleasant quality, you can immediately see that it is a good quality mattress. I will recommend it with a pure heart. Now sleep is only relaxation and pleasure.

I love the comfort of my new Tempur-Pedic Medium Hybrid mattress but the foam makes it hot to sleep. It holds your body heat so I'm sleeping hot during the night. I hope I get used to this because it's Spring now and it will be hotter in the summer months. For comfort though, I love the feel of this mattress. Just wish it wasn't so hot. If you sleep hot I might NOT recommend this mattress.

I like how the mattress supports my body. I feel less pain in the morning when I get out of the bed. However, it's hot at night. I usually end up throwing off the covers. Also, sometimes it feels a little lumpy. The mattress is very expensive for me.

Recently engaged and realized we needed a bigger bed. Fiancé is 6'4" and my queen size Adapt was not suitable for us long term. There was no way I was going to revert back to different mattress and I don't think he wanted to either as he has become pretty spoiled with my mattress!

Let me say, of the bat, this mattress puts me right to sleep. I love the way it supports me especially when sleeping on my side. Looking back, I wish I would've gotten the cool option to make it even better. I will say, I thought my random back pain would go away but no luck. Which is something the salesman used as a selling point.

After reading through, watching tons of reviews, and trying out many mattresses I chose the Tempur Adapt. I sleep through the night. In one week my back, neck, and hip pain are gone! It was the poor mattress previous sleeping on. Truly an amazing difference. Even the dog loves it he digs the covers off so he's aon the actual bed. Give yourself a week + to get used to it especially if you slept on an innnerspring in the past it's different but a great different. Get the pillows to it's all worth the cost. I am going to use the 90 day sleep guarantee and step up one level to the Tempur Pro Adapt. Just a bit more cost wise but for me I want the additional 1" APR, (Advanced Pressure Relief), material and bit more cooling concept as I sleep hot. If you are considering a new mattress look no further!

Too old school to go all out memory foam. Choose the hybrid. Still getting used to it, I was way over due for a new mattress. Feel like I sleep on the warm side, but I am happy with my choice. A bit on the firm side but I think that is best for me. My dogs are very happy with my choice too
