[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress is good. It's pretty comfortable. Im a side sleeper and my shoulders and hips have issues it seems. However, the adjustable base helps some with that. I don't think the "cooling" stuff in the mattress cover does anything, especially after you put a mattress protector and a fitted sheet on top of it. Ours doesn't have much "cooling" stuff and I'm glad as I think paying more for stuff you're hiding under layers of cloth would be a waste of money. It has helped my ankles/achilles-tendons which were previously very stiff in the morning. My lower back is also doing much better with this mattress than my prior mattress. The medium firm is pretty firm still - we've only had it for a short period of time and we keep the room pretty cool - so it stays on the firmer side. My only real negative is, it's expensive!

Great bed, slightly expensive for my taste. The only thing I didn't like about the bed was the firmness. I am a side sleeper and started having neck and shoulder pain shortly after getting this bed. I'm sure the more expensive plush would've been better but we found a cheaper bed that we both liked. We'll try the tempur again in the future I'm sure.

I KNOW my purchase was more than your average boxed mattress. But I sleep sound, less pain and confident that my mattress is going to last! Our last purchase was over 20 years ago! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a frustrating experience getting the delivery team to bring the mattress it feels good to sleep on I and get a restful night's sleep. Something that is a challenge for a senior citizen. The memory foam confirms to my body very well.

Okay, this is a review of the mattress itself not the delivery service they use, because in my case that.was.a.mess. I'm a side sleeper, he's a stomach sleeper (how do you all do that?!). Our last mattress was a choose your number brand (can't list name here). We liked that one as we could each adjust our side, however the foam on the edges wore from use and began to sag. After a couple years he just couldn't get comfortable. So I did some research and we decided to try this one. It took about a week to get used to as it does feel different. Now we have had it for 2 months and we are both sleeping comfortably. I ordered online after testing out in a local store. Next time I would probably order from my local store so they could deal with any shipping issues.

I have tried nearly every product on the market (suffering from sports injuries) and TempurPedic is absolutely the best option, I also like the removable lining. Also I'm very pleased with the company and quality of the product , very fast and hassle less exchange - TempurPedic wants you to sleep well :) Don't waste your time and money on cheap imitations

I'm a light sleeper, and my partner and I work opposite shifts, so we come and go from bed, and can never feel disturbed by the hustle and bustle. It's also glorious to get up in the middle of the night then go back to bed and have it be fully re-formed, flat, and ready to sink into again.

The medium-hybrid is firm enough to support my back and soft for me to comfortably sleep on my side. It is one of the best investments you could make., and I'm hoping in the future to get another one for my other room.
