- 4 out of 5 stars review7/13/2025So far so good! I have had this bObsweep for a few months now and even with a shedding extra large dog and a cat, it is great at getting all that hair swept up! Before I put it on a schedule, I did find I had to clean it a couple times throughout the cleaning process. The brushes would get full of hair and the bin seemed to get clogged and I would have to manually clean it out. The first time it self-emptied, it scared everyone in the house, including the dog and cat! It sounded like a plane taking off but we have gotten used to it now. I only tried the mop feature once and I wasn't totally impressed, mainly because it said to only add water. Because I couldn't add any cleaner to the water, I felt like it was just streaking water aro...

Cooper - 5 out of 5 stars review12/18/2024So far we love our new Ultravision vacuum. It was easy to set up, does a great job vacuuming and the self emptying is a game changer! We have not used the mop function yet but are excited to do so. Compared to our old robo-vacuum, we notice it cleans better and quicker, is much quieter, and doesn’t run in to walls or objects. It’s a little loud when self emptying but that’s to be expected.

The self-emptying feature is great, as the vacuum continue learning my home I can see myself purchasing a second one for upstairs. The suction is as advertised, one suggestion would be if there was a way to add cleaning solution for the mopping feature. I have a Husky dog and he shed hair daily, we also use two stick vacuum to aid with that.

After going through several robots over the years I finally decided my life is easier with one of these in the house. The mapping is better than anything else I've seen and it's adjustable!! I can designate no vac/no mop zones and place invisible gates. I have wood floors and area rugs and it has never gotten stuck unlike others I've had. It also hasnt gone for a tumble down the stairs. Leaps and bounds smarter than all the others combined. I did have an issue when ultra vision had a identity crisis and thought it was "Dustin" (another model) but the customer service folks are fantastic. I needed to update my app and it fixed the issue. I have owned multiple iRobots for many years, and wanted a robot vacuum for our new bonus room addition. I saw the Bobsweep for a great price on Sam's Club online, so purchased one, thinking it would be ok to have an "off brand" in that room. I'm so impressed with the Bobsweep, I'm considering replacing my more-expensive Roombas! Bobsweep covers the floor better and is so much quieter! I've had 0 issues with it getting stuck or running out of battery before it returns to charge. I'm pleasantly surprised and so thankful that I took a chance on an unfamiliar brand! Kudos to your company! I hope to purchase another in the future!

He follows the perimeters of the house then fills in the middle with his mighty sweeping powers. We have four dogs and Robbie does a great job of vacuuming all the dog hair. His low profile allows him to vacuum under the cabinet edges, under the tables and a lot of the furniture. He transitions well from the hardwood floors to the bedroom carpets. I’ve had no issues with that transition. The dogs think he’s pretty impressive, too. They like to follow him around. I haven’t used the mop feature, yet, but love my Robbie. He makes my floors nice to walk on while barefoot.

She has a 3 year old, a cat, and a Husky, which means hair and mess galore and it actually handles all of it wonderfully. For my first time buying a robo-vacuum, it seems like a necessity these days. It never gets stuck either - the Lidar mapping seems to work flawlessly. Highly recommend.

Mapped my house really fast, then it spent 44 mins to clean 731 sqft. I had it on max vacuum and the battery went down to 46%. I wish i can track battery perfomance on the history as well. The app is ok, can use some redesign, but it works. I havent experience the complaints from other reviews on google play. The only negative thing i have for this is: 1. The app wouldnt let me update bob's sw earlier. Even though it was charging, the app was telling me that it needs to be charging before i can continue. After a poor experience with a different brand we thought that robot vacuums might not be meant to keep up with the dirt, grass and hair that 2 large Labrador Retrievers can leave on the floor every day. My wife says that she could immediately tell that the floors looked and felt cleaner than they had in many months of using the other brand. The mapping skills of the Ultravision are exceptional and our dogs appreciate that it doesn't try to run into them while they sleep on the floor.
