I have 4 pets and I was doubtful that this little robot could keep up with the fur. I was wrong. My floors have never looked better. I have not tried the mop yet but I run the vacuum every day and it does an amazing job. There is some regular maintenance required, cleaning the brushes etc but it is minimal and I do not have to push a bulky vacuum around anymore. Love it!!

Bob is by far the best purchase i have made in a long time. I thought I cleaned my floors really well until I got this jewel! My rooms with carpet look amazing and finally getting to vacuum under all the beds is nice! I love the app and how I can schedule it to clean the whole house when I am gone or do a quick spot clean, like the kitchen, when I am done cooking. My pups are getting used to him running around finally! The self emptying is the best! I don't know if I can ever live without Bob now!

We’re a few weeks in and love it! We have multiple large dogs that shed and running a cycle every morning has eliminated the constant dirt and hair on the floor. It’s not perfect and doesn’t pick up everything but very intuitive and effective. Also, extra supplies from the manufacturer are reasonably priced which is a plus. Love it!

While the vacuum is very good, this isn't actually a mop. You can only use water, and it basically drags a damp microfiber pad around. The sensor for obstacles is better than my shark robo vac but this one has limited commands and the app isn't as easy to use for specifying which room to do, when to dock, etc

I LOVE my bObsweep UltraVision vacuum. It does a great job on hardwood floors, LVP and carpet, and rarely gets stuck or offline. The dust bag holds so much that I don’t have to change it very often. The room mapping is accurate and it’s easy to draw a line around areas you don’t want the vacuum to go. So easy to use the app too. I’m planning to buy another for upstairs. I like that it has privacy features.

I didn't know if I would like a robotic vacuum, but I LOVE this one! I compared BoB to other brands before I purchased and decided I liked the description of Bob the best. I thought I would still need to use my regular vacuum as well, but BoB sweeps so good and makes nice straight rows on the carpet, so I rarely pull out my upright vac. Feels like we had a maid here after he does his work. And, I love being able to make a schedule for him. Saves me so much time and keeps my floors free from debris. Highly recommend!

this has been such a huge addition to our home! it is fast, quiet, and cleans really well. the fact that it mops is a big bonus for us. it is easy to maintain and set up took about 10 minutes. the app allows you to lay out areas that you do not want it to go over. this is specially helpful for different types of flooring or carpets. I researched so many of these and you cannot beat what the Bob sweep offers for the price point. it is a great value and it does exactly what he want it to do!

I purchased the Ultravision about 3 months ago. I use it at least weekly. This is a powerful little robot vacuum. It's much quieter than 2 others that I own that are other brands. It is a tad noisy when emptying the dust tray but that only lasts for a few seconds. Setup was very easy and I feel as it cleans more, it learns the area better. It picks up tons of dirt and is precise with how it cleans. It's also vacuums fast but without missing dirt. I have not yet tried out the mopping feature, but I highly recommend this model for vacuuming!

First I want to share that this was an amazing deal!! Then, my Bobsweep started acting up he didn't want o work with me. I was so happy that I had filled out all the paperwork on the app. The people that work at Bobsweep are Number 1 in my book they took such good care of me and my BOB! Could never go wrong in buying one.

1st issue, it was a return apparently because it had 2 different maps on it when I received ! 2nd issue, Bob the Cleaner and I use that word loosely ran for 90 minutes and barely picked up anything, I didn’t run my roomba just to make sure there was hair to pick up! I ran my roomba afterwords and it picked up allot , because I have a dog. 3rd issue, took forever to get it connected to 2.4GH because it won’t use 5G. May end up returning. I will say it’s quiet !
