I love our bObsweep Ultravision Robot Vacuum! We have had it for a couple of months now and I've been incredibly happy with it. I use it 2-3 times a week, both to do mid week vacuums as well as when it's time to deep clean the floors. It is so efficient as well. When I first purchased it I was wondering how well the mop function would work and was happy with the results. I really like using the app to schedule sessions while choosing quick cleans, mopping and vacuuming. My husband doesn't use the app but he is happy use the buttons on the machine itself. We had fun naming our vacuum in the app as well, he is now "R2D2". Great find for busy people as well as people who are not able to vacuum due to physical issues. I highly recommend it.

Setup is the easiest of any item ever! Its great not having to empty the dust bin. We have 2 dogs and long haired people. Ultravision does a great job vacuuming the floor. Long hair does get wrapped around the roller. I clean it every week. i programed it to run at night and it does its job well and on time. Always returning to the dock. the dock is large and stays in place. we are very happy with this Ultravision vacuum.

This was bought for me as a Christmas present, and from our very first use, we have loved it. My house has honestly never looked so clean. It has gotten stuck a few times, but that’s mostly been a learning curve for us—like making sure toilet paper isn’t hanging too far down (hard lesson learned 😅). Once we figured out those little things, it’s been amazing. The cleaning power is impressive, and on carpet it leaves the most satisfying, beautiful grass-like lines. We love it so much that we’ve already recommended it to so many family and friends—and several of them are now purchasing one too! Attached is a photo showing the incredible job it does. This one might be better than the100 daydock vision without the Ultra Vison. Ours was doing great, but after three months, it was getting slower and slower. We changed out the Internet, thinking it could’ve been that and now it doesn’t work. I would recommend buying the insurance. We have pets in hardwood floors, so it was a blessing when it worked.

We have an active home, farmhouse with lots of Corgi dogs (enter lots of glitter!). This mop/vacuum started strong; however, with only 9 months of ownership, it is now offline because it has an error we can not seem to fix. Since running this vacuum once daily, it has never emptied properly (it clogs, so you have to take apart the base to clear the hair), and we have only had ONE replacement bag used (that tells you how often it can empty itself). We have a Shark that runs side by side with this one, and it is still going strong! Hoping to hit a Black Friday sale on the Shart to replace the bObsweep, since we can not seem to clear the error (something about the dustbin - and we have taken the thing apart and cleaned EVERYTHING). The Shark is a better made product for homes with lots of dogs. (our entire home is hardwood floors with rugs placed everywhere).

Ran good for about 6 months of easy service then became useless with intermittent "side brush error" problems. Something was going bad in the internal circuit board because the motor was OK and not a dirt/hair issue. After a few back-and-forths with customer service and many operational checks, Bobsweep offered to repair it but I had to pay a total of $50 shipping (there and back). Seems like a lot for something that was certainly a design and/or a manufacturing problem.

It worked well for the first couple months but now every time it's scheduled to run it moves a couple feet off the base and dies. I guess too much hair is getting caught in the wheels, but I bought this because I have a lot of pet hair. Very disappointing purchase. Also important to note this is a very low end, budget, entry level vacuum. If you do your research like I should have you won't buy this model.

1st issue, it was a return apparently because it had 2 different maps on it when I received ! 2nd issue, Bob the Cleaner and I use that word loosely ran for 90 minutes and barely picked up anything, I didn’t run my roomba just to make sure there was hair to pick up! I ran my roomba afterwords and it picked up allot , because I have a dog. 3rd issue, took forever to get it connected to 2.4GH because it won’t use 5G. May end up returning. I will say it’s quiet !

This is the worst purchase I have ever made, just because it was half off. my Robo VaC and it has been a nigh mare. the mapping doesn't work properly, leaves your carpet wet while vacuuming and mopping. I had to take out the mop insert just so it doesn't mop. Even if you command the Robo Vac vac only, it still mops, so I took out the mop insert entirely. It has only one job which is to Vacuum, which it doesn't do. it leaves debris everywhere. I usually have to use my handheld, after it is done. It is a completely waste.

Not worth the money. it's poorly designed and gets stuck extremely easy. I couldn't schedule it to clean while I was gone as it would be stuck when I got home. the bags are worthless and only reusable maybe 4 times (the main piece that connects to the canister is flimsy cardboard). Customer service was worthless! I do not recommend!
