Dave - 5 out of 5 stars review6/24/2025We purchased the UltraVision about 3 months ago we love it. It is easy to work and does a great job cleaning. It doesn't bang into things, knock over items, get stuck, or go beyond the area mapped as good to be in. The app has been easy. It's also much more quiet than our previous one. Wish we had this a long time ago. The only problems has been operator errors. lol

It does a great job cleaning and is much more methodical than other robot vaccums I have used that seem to navigate more on chance. The ultravision don't skip rooms, it maps where it has been and still has to go, and you can specify no sweep/mop zones. I also like being able to send it to specific areas for a quick clean up. Although the mapping features are excellent, it is not as good as I expected about moving around small objects on the floor, which makes me nervous about it encountering a pet mess at any point. The mopping feature is just okay, I wouldn't buy it for that, but as a vacuum it is great.

I have mostly carpet and it handles it just fine. I do not need the mopping feature but I figured I had to pay more to buy something without a mop so I went for it.

It sucks up everything it comes in contact with at the medium suction level. I have had no issues with device other than forgot to pick up an insect sticky trap hidden under the bed it got stuck on. Does a remarkable job maneuvering under tables, chairs and beds. Haven't tried the mop feature but question it's ability to totally replace mopping like it has with a daily sweeping. Easy to use app features but it must connect to a 2.4 ghz wifi system (not a 5.0 system). Happy with purchase so far.

I have owned multiple iRobots for many years, and wanted a robot vacuum for our new bonus room addition. I saw the Bobsweep for a great price on Sam's Club online, so purchased one, thinking it would be ok to have an "off brand" in that room. I'm so impressed with the Bobsweep, I'm considering replacing my more-expensive Roombas! Bobsweep covers the floor better and is so much quieter! I've had 0 issues with it getting stuck or running out of battery before it returns to charge. I'm pleasantly surprised and so thankful that I took a chance on an unfamiliar brand! Kudos to your company! I hope to purchase another in the future!

She has a 3 year old, a cat, and a Husky, which means hair and mess galore and it actually handles all of it wonderfully. For my first time buying a robo-vacuum, it seems like a necessity these days. It never gets stuck either - the Lidar mapping seems to work flawlessly. Highly recommend.

Clay - 5 out of 5 stars review6/20/2025I love everything about my Bob sweeper. I enjoyed setting up the mapping program (easy). He keeps 2050 sq feet swept so i can do so much more. Bob goes under my bed and couches and perfectly along walls. The house looks and feels so much cleaner.

We are using it downstairs in our home, which is about 2,600 square feet, and we have three dogs. It is programmed to run once during the day, and again during the night. It has been running for a month now, and we have not had to vacuum at all outside of what Bob has done. It took roughly one month to fill the bag at the home station before it needed to be replaced. I am impressed with the way that it navigates house and cleans under obstacles that we would not normally vacuum under, but which collect dust. I wanted to purchase a additional vaccuum for the lower level of our new home we just built. 30 days later I am leaving a review in hopes to help anyone trying to decided between Dustin and Ultravision. Dustin is a much better vacuum for us. We do not use the mop function on either. The reason I say Dustin is better is because the Ultravision has left black marks on our white trim and the Dustin has NOT done that. The Ultravision bumps into our furniture and Dustin does not. JB - 4 out of 5 stars review2/20/2025My first impression is that the Ultravision is a compact yet dynamic and powerful cleaning vacuum machine. It’s sleek and I love that it isn’t bulky. It does an overall good job of picking up debris. As long as one ensures that it’s maintained clean and no debris is stuck to the roller brush, this keeps going and going like the Energizer bunny. I’m impressed that one can adjust the suction level and play with the various settings. A couple of recommendations that I would make for potential future enhancements are: 1) Design a roller brush that prevents hair/debris from getting stuck/tangled on the brush. 2) Consider having two roller brushes.
