I bought this on sale my old 6 yr old Roomba was always stuck under something never docked it was a search finding it every time, but this new bObsweep Ultravision is amazing it's never stuck slows down and reads the room picks up all the cat litter, fur and dirt tracked in our basement rolls over area rugs great runs quiet always docked and emptied ready to roll out again at the push of a button. Have not tried the mopping yet but happy with the sweeping.

The first three or four runs through the house were brutal. I didn’t think it was working correctly. The problem was it was getting so much debris (namely under beds) that was being missed by our traditional vacuum, that it was getting clogged. After clearing out the bin in the vacuum, it kept getting clogged. After looking through your troubleshooting guide, I realized the wall station was clogged as well and not able to suck the debris from the vacuum. Ater fixing those two issues and running the vacuum a few more times, everything has been great. I run the vacuum a few times each week. I am impressed at how it cleans and goes around each leg of chairs at the dinning table. Maintenance and cleaning of vacuum is now just occasional. Most importantly, my house floor is staying dirt free. The entry way get dirty faster than the rest of the house. It is so convenient to use the app to have the vacuum just go clean the trouble spots. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone looking to but a robot vacuum.

This unit may be good for homes without pet hair. Ran the robot. It went to dump the first load. Stopped. Tried again. Stopped. Tried again. Stopped. I checked the bag and nothing was in it. The vacuum had such a tiny hole to allow for emptying into the dump unit that it was clogged. There's no way this would ever work for emptying dog hair. The shark I previously had handled the dog hair better. I ended up going back to Shark. Another thing to note...the bags for this unit are 8.99 each. Yikes!

Don’t bother. Looks like it’s a great deal for a high end vacuum mop based on the “sale” pricing that every model shows all year. It mapped well, set up was easy, and that was about it. This would be good for an empty house listed on the real estate market. Other than that, every single run was riddled with errors. One perk of these robot vacuums is that you can set and forget, clean while you leave. This one was about 20% success rate even positioning itself in the first place.

This was bought for me as a Christmas present, and from our very first use, we have loved it. My house has honestly never looked so clean. It has gotten stuck a few times, but that’s mostly been a learning curve for us—like making sure toilet paper isn’t hanging too far down (hard lesson learned 😅). Once we figured out those little things, it’s been amazing. The cleaning power is impressive, and on carpet it leaves the most satisfying, beautiful grass-like lines. We love it so much that we’ve already recommended it to so many family and friends—and several of them are now purchasing one too! Attached is a photo showing the incredible job it does. My first day with BOB... BOB is my Christmas gift to myself.  I couldn't wait to open him, so I didn't. He's very handsome (got the chrome) and I found the set up quick and easy after downloading the app.  Bob immediately made himself at home, and I let him spend the first night charging.  I'll be honest, I pressed one button on the app, and Bob got right to work!  I was certainly impressed with his determination to discover his way around my condo.  Carefully exploring every inch and picking up everything he found.  He effortlessly went from area rugs to hardwood floors, around table legs and under chairs.  This guy knows how to sweep floors!  Then he disappeared under my bed!  I waited and watched, thinking this was going to be the test of his abilities,  he popped out and swept on!  Impressive BOB!!  I couldn't help following him because it was so interesting watching how meticulously he maneuvered.  At one point he was cornered by the dining room table and I found myself rooting for him to figure it out....and he did!  I had fun with Bob today.  He's a keeper and I may not understand a lot of the technical stuff, but I don't have to.  What I 100% understand is Bob swept my floors, all of them, and did it well.  That's enough.  He was pretty quiet too.  Just a real hard worker!!  Can't wait till this Saturday,  gonna get Bob to wash the hardwood floors.  Seriously though....I'm impressed and that doesn't happen often.  Easy to set up, one button to start and clean floors.  I think I'm in love with BOB❤️

We have had this for several months and overall it has worked very well. The app can take a little getting used to but once it is set up, it is straightforward. The vacuum cleans well and has plenty of charge on the low setting. It handles obstructions such as table and chair legs easily and cleans all the way around them. We're glad to have this.

Great home investment! The BobSweep Ultravision has been running for a couple of months now, with no problems. It does a great job cleaning and navigating around furniture and other objects. The price was great and my wife and I are both very pleased with this product!

I purchased the Bobsweep Ultravision Robot at a much discounted price. I am 73 years old have large rooms that are hard floors. Vacuuming and mopping all of it made for a painful day. My 15 year old Irobot had stopped working. I tried to replace with a new Irobot that seemed comparable to the one I had. It literally was almost laughable. I was very disappointed and I wasn't sure about buying something that mapped my house. When I saw the Bobsweep, I was pleased that it only stored my map on it's base. I have 3 other family members and when they leave I start the Bobsweep cleaning all these hard floor rooms. I love a clean house and this robot works beautifully. I just replaced my first dust bag. Many people in my family and friends are impressed and they want to get one. Recently I was cleaning the vacuum parts and lost the little flap on the dustbin. Bobsweep tech support responded to me right away and replaced the whole dustbin. Great, quick, and kind service. Thank you for making such a great product.

I purchased the bObsweep UltraVision Self-Emptying Vacuum in late December 2024. Now three months later I am really thrilled with this vacuum. Initially after about three weeks I did have a problem which was the base charging unit stopped working for some unknown reason. I contaced the manufacturer and explained my experince over the telephone. The company representative, Margarita, immediately diagnosed the problem. Margarita said that she was going to send a replacement out to me. To my surprise the replacement was at my front door three days later!!! This company really cares about their reputation. The vacuum has been running flawlessly ever since. I really like the vacuum's avoidance ability. The other great feature is that you can assign three different suction strengths. The weakest strength is very quiet and still does a great job on my hardwood floors. This unit is well worth buying!!! I have no regrets. The vacuum does its job easily and the company is WONDERFUL!!!
