I do not recommend this vacuum. I have it for nearly a month or two now and can hardly get it to work without the troubleshoot signaling that the side brush is stuck. There is nothing stuck. The moment I turn it on, the error sign start flashing and stop vacuuming. I'm thinking if I received a defect. It's now just sitting collecting dust with no use as it won't vacuum. Cannot find any helpful guide online. Anyone having this same issue?

I would give your product a 5-Star Rating. We’ve named ours ‘Ernie’! It vacuum’s our entire 1500 square foot living area is just over an hour. We have intentionally put tiny bits of paper in areas around the rooms trying to trick the unit to see if it does a thorough job of cleaning. Well, when Ernie’s finished, the tiny bits of paper are gone so I guess the trick is on us! We program Ernie to vacuum Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 8:00 AM each day. And he is right on time each and every day. When he’s finished each day, we like the feature where he goes back to the Dock and gets vacuumed out into the master dust bag. We seem to have a good deal of sand that gets tracked into our home from the garage and patio and this sand is very hard on our hardwood flooring. We’ve moved Ernie’s vacuum power control to the ‘medium’ level and that has taken care of our ‘sand problem’. We enjoy using the app to control the unit. The app is very user friendly and we have used it to set up ‘no sweep’ zones, which is an excellent feature. All in all, we are extremely satisfied and would recommend your product to our friends and family.

The first three or four runs through the house were brutal. I didn’t think it was working correctly. The problem was it was getting so much debris (namely under beds) that was being missed by our traditional vacuum, that it was getting clogged. After clearing out the bin in the vacuum, it kept getting clogged. After looking through your troubleshooting guide, I realized the wall station was clogged as well and not able to suck the debris from the vacuum. Ater fixing those two issues and running the vacuum a few more times, everything has been great. I run the vacuum a few times each week. I am impressed at how it cleans and goes around each leg of chairs at the dinning table. Maintenance and cleaning of vacuum is now just occasional. Most importantly, my house floor is staying dirt free. The entry way get dirty faster than the rest of the house. It is so convenient to use the app to have the vacuum just go clean the trouble spots. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone looking to but a robot vacuum.

I am so happy with my new Bob. He does everything I do not want to do. My laminate floor, rugs and tile look wonderful. I have 2 dogs that shed, and Bob does a great job picking up the hair and mopping up dirty paw prints. I was a bit worried that the dogs would have issues with this as they bark at the upright vacuum, but they could care less. I am thrilled.

We have an active home, farmhouse with lots of Corgi dogs (enter lots of glitter!). This mop/vacuum started strong; however, with only 9 months of ownership, it is now offline because it has an error we can not seem to fix. Since running this vacuum once daily, it has never emptied properly (it clogs, so you have to take apart the base to clear the hair), and we have only had ONE replacement bag used (that tells you how often it can empty itself). We have a Shark that runs side by side with this one, and it is still going strong! Hoping to hit a Black Friday sale on the Shart to replace the bObsweep, since we can not seem to clear the error (something about the dustbin - and we have taken the thing apart and cleaned EVERYTHING). The Shark is a better made product for homes with lots of dogs. (our entire home is hardwood floors with rugs placed everywhere).

Not much to improve. I love the self emptying and how it goes back to the base the recharge and then goes out again to finish its cleaning cycle. Love the option to turn it on and off through the app. Overall its a great robotic vacuum and the 3rd we’ve owned. We love it and couldn’t live without it!

Honestly, I was surprised in how well this works. I have two large dogs that shed a TON. I was nervous about if this vacuum would be able to handle the hair. So, far so good. I do not use it for a "deep clean," rather I use it for daily hair pick up. It is super quiet, and it is very good at avoiding obstacles. My only issue is that it will not connect to my Alexa, but that may be user error.

I’ve tried a couple of robots before, but this one is by far the best. The most impressive feature is how fast it creates a map—unlike other robots, which take a long time to scan the area, this one does it in just a few minutes. When it comes to cleaning, it strictly follows the instructions. It avoids carpets as programmed, thoroughly cleans the designated area without missing spots, and delivers excellent results. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient vacuum and mop robot, this is the one to get.

First, I nicknamed my Ultravision Robot, Bob. Bob is remarkable. Before he arrived, my husband was saying it will never make it over the rugs %26 thresholds. He was WRONG! There's not a rug or threshold Bob can't handle. I mean not 1! And some of ours are pushing 3/4 of an inch high! I want to add that we have 3 large dogs and 5 cats, so Bob's work is absolutely cut out for him in our home! Things I love about Bob: 1.When his battery is low, he returns to his station, empties himself out, then charges. 2. His sweeper brush does remarkably well to sweep dirt away from edges so he can vacuum it up. 3. He goes under our couch and ottoman to thoroughly clean where I had a tough time manually vacuuming before, and I hate moving that heavy chaise/couch sectional! 4. I love the way the app tells you that something is wrong and how to fix it! 5. I LOVE that Bob returns to his station when something is wrong. 6. I love that Bob has never gotten hung up at our thresholds or rugs. 7. I LOVE that while Bob does his thing cleaning my floors that I'm able to do whatever! 8. I love that Bob can also mop! If he leaves a tough spot behind, it's wet, and I reach down, and it wipes right up. 8. When errors do occur, the fixes are quite easy. For example, if the error says the main brush needs cleaning, it literally takes me a minute or so to access it and remove the excess debris wrapped around his brush. Now regarding Bob's imperfections: 1. After he empties himself 2 or 3 times, he typically requires a manual dump of the dirt as some can clog the exit emptying port. But a simple fix is after a few self emptying, to open him up and make sure he's completely empty, and then I do a quick check of his filter %26 main brush to proactively clean them. But the good news is that if I forget to do the very quick pm, the app will notify me that the main brush, dust bin, filter, or sensor needs cleaning. 2. There's 1 nightstand that's high enough for Bob to go under, but because there's a small area on his topside that's a little higher than the rest of him, he can get stuck under that 1 end table. The good news is that the app let me know he was hung up! Thus, when I run Bob, I block his entry to that 1 nightstand. 3. The only other imperfection, in my opinion, is I wish his battery lasted longer, as I wish ALL battery operated equipment lasted longer! I am 100% thrilled with the Ultravision BOBsweep. Bob saves me both time and energy! In fact as he works his way around my home cleaning, I repeatedly am heard saying "I LOVE Bob!". One day my husband said, "You tell Bob you love him more than you tell me!". Lol In short--- I LOVE BOB!

I can’t believe how much it has changed my cleaning routine! It’s so convenient to just schedule cleanings with the app, and I love that I can start it from anywhere. The suction is surprisingly powerful—it picks up pet hair and dirt from both my carpets and hardwood floors without any issues. I’m also impressed by how well it navigates around furniture. And when it needs a recharge, it knows to head back to its dock all on its own! The self-cleaning feature is a lifesaver, too; I spend way less time maintaining it. Overall, it’s made my life so much easier. If you’re looking for a way to cut down on cleaning time, I highly recommend giving a robot vacuum a try!
