This is a great little mop/vacuum robot vac. I have used several, with this being at the top of my list, with exception to the brush roller. We are a family of 6 with 3 girls. We also have 2 GSD with a lot of hair. We're experts on carpet cleaning, dusting, and emptying a dust bin. This vacuum surpasses my iLife and 2 Sharks on suction, hands down. Tight woven Persian rug is a bear to get hair off of, and this one does a great job. I'm very impressed to say the least. The mopping is a little less than desireable, with the volume of water being added to the mop head being a little too light. The immediate trail left behind is streaky with gaps, and it doesn't seem to get a good contact to the wood floors we have. Going with the grain or against, it didn't make a difference. Lastly, the dust bin was jam packed, which is actually a good thing. I suggest telling it to empty halfway through a cycle. (You can do this in the app settings.) The vacuum won't have to work as hard. However, all of this is great until it's time to empty. The vacuum, even on ultra "suck the windows out of your house" mode, the motor cannot get the wad of hair out of the bin. This I can remedy with the extra pitstop to empty. Fine. The roller brush though, that's a different story. You will need to turn the machine over and physically clean it after every full cycle. The amount of hair and fuzz that's trapped is actually bad for the motor. Shark remedied this with plastic blades inside the roller well where the brush spins. Genius! This would help to eliminate this problem greatly on the Bobsweep models too. Overall, a great robot, and I'm leaning towards keeping it versus returning it, solely based on the suction power on my rugs. I no longer have to get out my upright vacuum to "vacuum again" where my previous robot vac missed!

Waited over a month to review. Love the scheduling on app to set and go without worries. The mop feature is nice and love that you can cross out areas where carpet or rugs are during mopping. This little guy is a blessing with a partial dirt backyard and 3 dogs. Tons of dirt and hair are no problem for this vacuum. I have it scheduled for 9am, 1pm and 8pm and its always working its best!!! When it docs to self clean I love hearing it, knowing I now have clean and clear floors. Would totally recommend. Getting another for my mom for Christmas!!!!

This vacuum certainly helps us stay on top of the vacuuming. It runs through my whole apartment, minus the bedroom, in 30 minutes 4 days a week while I'm at work. It's made such a difference in the overall cleanliness in my home. However, I feel this could be said for any robo vacuum on the market. For the price point of this device, I am disappointed. It does several things very badly and isn't bringing anything special to the table. I have the UltraVision camera enabled, and yet it often gets stuck on cat toys, cords, chairs, or anything else. I am not sure what the function of the camera even is. I pick up charging cables and cat toys in the mornings, but UltraVison will still get stuck in unexpected ways. Immediately after purchasing, I noticed issues with the chute getting clogged. If it is full and unable to empty because of a clog, it does not trigger an error- it will continue right along vacuuming but doing nothing. I'm able to hear it, and I've had to manually release several clogs. Like I mentioned, it's only doing a small job, so I'm not sure why this is such a frequent issue. I can't seem to adjust the settings in a way that make it self-empty more frequently. It only empties at the very end of a job, no matter if I change the interval. That brings me to the app itself, which is just horrible. My map will get messed up for reasons I don't understand. Recently it started mapping a flipped version of my apartment attached to my apartment. Today it just starting making a brand new map, the other is just gone. It didn't know where the base was for some reason. Adjusting the map is an awful experience because of the slow interface, and now gotta do it yet again. I wish my overall experience was better and that this was a product I could recommend, but at this point I'd advise going with any ole run of the mill robo vacuum over this one to achieve the benefits I have.

Not much to improve. I love the self emptying and how it goes back to the base the recharge and then goes out again to finish its cleaning cycle. Love the option to turn it on and off through the app. Overall its a great robotic vacuum and the 3rd we’ve owned. We love it and couldn’t live without it!

We have been using the Ultravision bObsweep vacuum for a few months now. My husband and I are very impressed with its cleaning abilities. We have 3 large dogs and it has been a nightmare trying to keep up with the hair they shed daily. We used to use a stick vacuum multiple times a day and still struggled to keep up. This vacuum has been a lifesaver! We are so glad we decided to make this purchase. We have yet to use the mop function, but plan to start using that soon, as well!

Our router can handle both 2.4 and 5 GHz. The vacuum will run only via the app, & the app is terrible. It couldn't connect at all & gave only a cryptic error message about can't work on on our system. App wouldn't open to anything, no settings, nada. It's going back. Edit: I finally heard back from their customer support, 11 days after reaching out to them. It was boilerplate saying all the stuff the included instructions already said, and I'd already done. (Like, "turn wifi calling off.") The rest applied to issues that might occur after connection to the app, nothing about the app not even working. (Phone: Galaxy S25). They don't read your question, don't respond appropriately, and don't respond on a timely basis. Great if it works for you but my experience with the app and their service was zero stars.

We have had the UltraVision for nearly a week and it is amazing. To begin, it was so simple to set up and operate. I thought I did something wrong but it started mapping and was ready for the first clean in no time. It is very quite and our dog doesn't even pay any attention to it. Our carpets and hard floors are clean and didn't have to lift a finger.

I’ve tried a couple of robots before, but this one is by far the best. The most impressive feature is how fast it creates a map—unlike other robots, which take a long time to scan the area, this one does it in just a few minutes. When it comes to cleaning, it strictly follows the instructions. It avoids carpets as programmed, thoroughly cleans the designated area without missing spots, and delivers excellent results. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient vacuum and mop robot, this is the one to get.

The ultravision is a great robot vacuum for a very reasonable cost. It is quiet while running and it finds its base consistently, and the map feature is amazing for when it gets stuck on something trying to track it down. So far, we've had no complaints with it and it does what it is supposed to do; wmpties and has very little maintenance.

I bought this on sale my old 6 yr old Roomba was always stuck under something never docked it was a search finding it every time, but this new bObsweep Ultravision is amazing it's never stuck slows down and reads the room picks up all the cat litter, fur and dirt tracked in our basement rolls over area rugs great runs quiet always docked and emptied ready to roll out again at the push of a button. Have not tried the mopping yet but happy with the sweeping.
