I bought this and I’ve had it for a year and it’s still simply amazing best investment ever. It cleans well. I love the automation. I love being able to track it when it’s done or where it is in the house. It cleans proficiently and runs in the background. With two dogs and five cats I don’t know how I ever got by without it. I love that it bags and self empties. Wish I had bought sooner.

Have stained textured concrete floors and this keeps us super clean even tho floor has pits and grooves. Have had Roombas exclusively in the past and tried this on a big sale. Will definitely purchase again.

I bought this on sale my old 6 yr old Roomba was always stuck under something never docked it was a search finding it every time, but this new bObsweep Ultravision is amazing it's never stuck slows down and reads the room picks up all the cat litter, fur and dirt tracked in our basement rolls over area rugs great runs quiet always docked and emptied ready to roll out again at the push of a button. Have not tried the mopping yet but happy with the sweeping.

This was bought for me as a Christmas present, and from our very first use, we have loved it. My house has honestly never looked so clean. It has gotten stuck a few times, but that’s mostly been a learning curve for us—like making sure toilet paper isn’t hanging too far down (hard lesson learned 😅). Once we figured out those little things, it’s been amazing. The cleaning power is impressive, and on carpet it leaves the most satisfying, beautiful grass-like lines. We love it so much that we’ve already recommended it to so many family and friends—and several of them are now purchasing one too! Attached is a photo showing the incredible job it does. My experience with bObsweep has been positive. We named him Robbie. He follows the perimeters of the house then fills in the middle with his mighty sweeping powers. We have four dogs and Robbie does a great job of vacuuming all the dog hair. His low profile allows him to vacuum under the cabinet edges, under the tables and a lot of the furniture. He transitions well from the hardwood floors to the bedroom carpets. I’ve had no issues with that transition. The dogs think he’s pretty impressive, too. They like to follow him around. I haven’t used the mop feature, yet, but love my Robbie. He makes my floors nice to walk on while barefoot.

I love my bobsweep. I really needed something to help with the constant dog hair. My bobsweep does a great job. I love the mapping feature and how easy the app is to use. I love that I can start it from the app so when I'm at work I can come home to a clean house.

I purchased the Bobsweep Ultravision Robot at a much discounted price. I am 73 years old have large rooms that are hard floors. Vacuuming and mopping all of it made for a painful day. My 15 year old Irobot had stopped working. I tried to replace with a new Irobot that seemed comparable to the one I had. It literally was almost laughable. I was very disappointed and I wasn't sure about buying something that mapped my house. When I saw the Bobsweep, I was pleased that it only stored my map on it's base. I have 3 other family members and when they leave I start the Bobsweep cleaning all these hard floor rooms. I love a clean house and this robot works beautifully. I just replaced my first dust bag. Many people in my family and friends are impressed and they want to get one. Recently I was cleaning the vacuum parts and lost the little flap on the dustbin. Bobsweep tech support responded to me right away and replaced the whole dustbin. Great, quick, and kind service. Thank you for making such a great product.

Received as a Christmas gift and so far I love it! It took a little practice to learn how to schedule cleaning and do different areas, but now I have our routine and "Bob" is doing a great job. Haven't tried the mop feature yet. Had a couple of hiccups in the beginning, but the manual and on line videos were a great help! I have all hardwood floors and this is a lifesaver!

This vacuum certainly helps us stay on top of the vacuuming. It runs through my whole apartment, minus the bedroom, in 30 minutes 4 days a week while I'm at work. It's made such a difference in the overall cleanliness in my home. However, I feel this could be said for any robo vacuum on the market. For the price point of this device, I am disappointed. It does several things very badly and isn't bringing anything special to the table. I have the UltraVision camera enabled, and yet it often gets stuck on cat toys, cords, chairs, or anything else. I am not sure what the function of the camera even is. I pick up charging cables and cat toys in the mornings, but UltraVison will still get stuck in unexpected ways. Immediately after purchasing, I noticed issues with the chute getting clogged. If it is full and unable to empty because of a clog, it does not trigger an error- it will continue right along vacuuming but doing nothing. I'm able to hear it, and I've had to manually release several clogs. Like I mentioned, it's only doing a small job, so I'm not sure why this is such a frequent issue. I can't seem to adjust the settings in a way that make it self-empty more frequently. It only empties at the very end of a job, no matter if I change the interval. That brings me to the app itself, which is just horrible. My map will get messed up for reasons I don't understand. Recently it started mapping a flipped version of my apartment attached to my apartment. Today it just starting making a brand new map, the other is just gone. It didn't know where the base was for some reason. Adjusting the map is an awful experience because of the slow interface, and now gotta do it yet again. I wish my overall experience was better and that this was a product I could recommend, but at this point I'd advise going with any ole run of the mill robo vacuum over this one to achieve the benefits I have.

I really love my bObsweep. I own four dogs and they bring a lot of dirt into the house. So the bObsweep saves me time daily getting all that dirt and dog hair up. Ever since my first use it blew me away, a job that would have taken me a couple hours the bObsweep finished in 22 minutes.
