I loved my first BobSweep Ultravision so much, I bought a second one for upstairs! Works great on hard floors and carpet! Surprised that they never get stuck under/around furniture! Highly recommend!!!

Bought this last month, I have had a similar product over a decade ago and the improvement in technology is outstanding. It does a great job and has not gotten trapped or stuck anywhere in my home. The map is a little wonky, but serves its purpose and I have been able to block off my Christmas tree without any issue.

First purchase of a robot vacuum and it's a game changer. I purchased this about a month ago and am so happy with my purchase. I have a schedule that it vacuums early in the morning several times a week while we are asleep and wake up to a clean floor. You can map your house and schedule it to clean the whole house or just specific rooms. We have both carpet and laminate wood floors and cleans great on both. Keeps my floor free of pet hair. Would highly recommend this vacuum.

I purchased this three months ago after doing extensive research. Before I did, i contacted the company and asked several questions. They replied promptly and addressed all of my concerns. I have long hair dogs and this vacuum does a great job keeping my home hair free. I have a one story home but was able to map three separate areas so I can vacuum each area at different times. I did have one issue and my call was answered promptly and a replacement part was mailed to me. I highly recommend this company, great customer service.

Ultravision does a great job. We only had one issue with it, when it vacuums the whole house does not want to empty. So we set it up to do rooms at different times. We set it up to do 3 room at one time. kitchen, dining, laundry rooms, also the hallway and 2 bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms and livingroom are done by themselves. We continue to love our Bobsweeps.  That is why we purchased another one for our basement.  We program them both to sweep every day, and it saves us so much time and energy.  Our house has never been so clean.  I truly recommend this product to everyone who owns pets and dislikes vacuuming.

We have been using our Bobsweep Ultravision for a.month or so and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is our first robotic vacuum so I cannot give any comparison but we are very impressed with this model. I was attracted to this brand since the mapping data isn't sold as well as the price, about 1/3 of the MSRP due to a Black Friday sale. Setup was very easy including the initial automatic mapping. The noise level is manageable at the medium suction level. We have 3 short haired, medium sized dogs and Bob, as we call it, picks up the hair and empties the vacuum easily. We did have an issue on the first use that the bin didn't empty but we that was because it was full from the first use. Since then, it has completely emptied the on storage bin. I would suggest either give your space(s) a good vacuum beforehand or monitor the dustbin during the initial clean.

My husband and I love the convenience of our BoBsweep UltraVision as we are both older. It keeps our floors cleaner than ever. The set up and programming was easy and the app is also user friendly for us 72 year olds! We have the mopping feature and think it does a good job in the area we have it scheduled for. It’s was great value and we have been considering a second one for a vacation home. The maintenance is minimal and troubleshooting information is readily available in our user manual as well as online videos. This is a great product for busy families and older people with limited mobility.

My husband is a BIG comparison shopper, and he compared all of the different robot vacuums. bObsweep products had good reviews. However, we went with another brand and returned it, because it would turn away and not go under furniture. We decided to try the UltraVision. The set up was easy and we set it off to map. The map is incredibly accurate. We let it recharge and ran it to clean. After our previous robot vac would run for about 6 hours and required 3 recharges to complete our house, we didn't have high hopes that this one would be better, but bob did the floors in one charge. I thought it couldn't have done a good job, so I removed the dust bag and looked with a flashlight, and I was shocked at the amount of dirt and dust! It also picked up dirt that our previous model would have missed and went in places that the returned model turned from and wouldn't enter. As of tonight, we are pleased and are looking forward to hopefully having this unit for a long time. I will add that we like the warranty and the added dust bag, brush, filter and run time.

We have a dog, a cat, and a baby, and our bObsweep cleans up after all of them! The suction is really solid, and the self-empty feature is a game changer. With all the pet hair, we do have to clean it about once a week, but that is way better than manually vacuuming twice a day.
