Love the machine, however within 6 months its side brush stopped working. But dealing with the customer support has been AMAZING!! They responded promptly and I have received our machine back and it is back up and working! Highly recommend!!!

The bObsweep UltraVision vacuum does a wonderful job. It has exceeded my expectations. It navigates smoothly, doesn't miss spots, and handles different floor types effortlessly. I love the automatic emptying feature.

My entire family is enjoying the Bobsweep Ultravision vacuum in our household. It is easy to set-up and easy to operate. Our floors feel cleaner without any work. The only drawback is that the mopping feature uses only water, no detergent.

I love this machine! It does a great job vacuuming and wet mopping. I am still experimenting with the no mopping zones to avoid area rugs. Overall I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner.

We have owned our Bobsweep ultravision for several months and are very satisfied with how well it cleans. We have a German Shepherd that sheds year round and the vauum does a good job getting all the hair up. I have used the mop setting only once and that's today. Setting it up is easy using the app settings for no mop zones. I don't think you'll regret gettingvthis vacuum. The self emptying feature is great. Our last robot vacuum we had to empty the bin after each cleaning which became a complete pain so we don't have to worry about that anymore. Cleaning the vacuum is fairly easy. The owners manual is a little vague on removing some of the parts so, I watched a couple of Youtube videos to learn how to take the vacuum apart for cleaning.

Ultravision does a great job. We only had one issue with it, when it vacuums the whole house does not want to empty. So we set it up to do rooms at different times. We set it up to do 3 room at one time. kitchen, dining, laundry rooms, also the hallway and 2 bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms and livingroom are done by themselves. I love our bObsweep Ultravision Robot Vacuum! We have had it for a couple of months now and I've been incredibly happy with it. I use it 2-3 times a week, both to do mid week vacuums as well as when it's time to deep clean the floors. It is so efficient as well. When I first purchased it I was wondering how well the mop function would work and was happy with the results. I really like using the app to schedule sessions while choosing quick cleans, mopping and vacuuming. My husband doesn't use the app but he is happy use the buttons on the machine itself. We had fun naming our vacuum in the app as well, he is now "R2D2". Great find for busy people as well as people who are not able to vacuum due to physical issues. I highly recommend it.

We got lucky and found the bobsweep ultravision on sale so we ordered it asap. It has been a lifesaver for us as we have 3 dogs and theyve got access to the outdoors so muddy pawprints and fur throughtout the house. We have him on a schedule to clean everyday and hes hooked up to our alexa so we can send him out as necessary too. 5 stars.

While the vacuum is very good, this isn't actually a mop. You can only use water, and it basically drags a damp microfiber pad around. The sensor for obstacles is better than my shark robo vac but this one has limited commands and the app isn't as easy to use for specifying which room to do, when to dock, etc

We continue to love our Bobsweeps.  That is why we purchased another one for our basement.  We program them both to sweep every day, and it saves us so much time and energy.  Our house has never been so clean.  I truly recommend this product to everyone who owns pets and dislikes vacuuming.
