It of course has a scent that lasts so be weary of how much you like your clothes to smell for days. When I first used it on some clothes and went to bed with my pj's I couldn't figure out where that clean smell was coming from even in the morning until I remembered it was the pods. I did have some of them not breaking down completely so I had to add the extra water feature.

I used two pods per load. Needless to say they were so fresh and clean they really took the odor out! I definitely recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gain Odor Dense pods leaves your clothes clean and smelling fresh. I usually use liquid detergent but decided to try pods again. You only have to use one pod for a large load in order for it to work.

I use the recommended amount of pods per laundry and it gets my clothes clean and the continue to smell good for a long time. They really are the only laundry products that actually clean clothes and do not make your clothes smell like a bar of soap.
