Purchased new Black series 3 as replacement/upgrade for older Black that finally wore out. Love it. Our fourth BR Black in total

Beautyrest makes a quality product, but this was too firm for my liking. I had to switch to the pillow top plush

Tried other brands but when I was in raymore and flannigan and tried this one , I knew it was the one for me

After sleeping on a waterbed for 50 years the Black was a great choice for support with a less firm foundation.

We have a BR black series 3 medium pillowtop which is very comfortable for both back and side sleep.

I have had the new bed 3 weeks, and so far its a very comfortable bed. Very supportive and getting a more restful sleep.

I had a Beauty rest black before, lasted 12 years. Just upgraded to a new on and added an adjustable base

So far it is hard as a rock although only a few days but that’s crazy especially for a plush pillow top So not happy so far

I feel like I am falling out of bed every night because the mattress slopes down significantly. The mattress inspector came twice and said there is a. significant slope. I have asked for a replacement but have been denied two times.

I thought this was the best mattress ever after the 120 day sleep trial but 10 months after purchase already have body grooves and my back is hurting again.
