This is a gorgeous and well made Microwave. I bought it for my daughter for Christmas and it fit perfectly on the bakers rack she installed in on, it works great, looks great and she loves it!

I was excited to receive 🙌 my new microwave as my older one died. When it arrived the entire control panel was off. I am very disappointed 😞 and I am waiting on the replacement. I did initially ask for a replacement, but then I changed my mind to get a full refund. I called within 30 minutes but because I was on hold for more than 30 minutes, I was not able to change my request. I now have to wait for this new one to come in to then cancel and get a refund. I will never shop sam's online again.

I replaced my almost 15 year old 1,200-watt Sharp Carousel with this newer, smaller 1,000-watt model (SMC1161HB). I was nervous when I ordered it because I thought it would be significantly less powerful, but it isn't. It heated a large dinner plate evenly in less time than my older microwave. The buttons are responsive. It also doesn't slide around like other microwaves I have seen at stores, which can be annoying when you attempt to open the microwave door. If you are looking for a powerful yet simple microwave, this may be the one.

I bought this may 9 2024. I loved this microwave it heated quickly, it looked good, the clock shined bright that was like a night light for my kitchen. But then July 22 2024 it heated a slice of pizza but when the second slice was reheated it just quit working. I returned it to Sam’s club

Purchased 2 weeks ago Registered product online before even setting up to use first time use it was extremely louder than than Microwave I had had for 6 years prior emailed Sharp Electronics Corporation have tried to chat with customer service online never anyone available to connect to during normal business hours. When I call constantly get disconnected while getting transferred to customer support or warranty department. Sams Club states not allowed to return product because it was plugged in and tested to make sure it worked and to contact manufacturer for warranty of product. First contact was made day of delivery on Jan 31, 2024 Today is Feb 13, 2024 , $106.60 spent on an item that is going into the trash with no support or warranty now will be purchasing my next microwave from another retail store. Not how I expect to be treated by Sams Club that I pay for the Plus Membership to try to save money this was a total waste of $106.60 and my time and effort to get a working microwave. I do not recommend this product as it s extremely noisy when in use no warranty, no returns, no product support other than the paper manual it comes with in the box.

Very disappointed with this purchase. Extremely loud, makes grating sound when operating in spite of glass tray being seated properly, must use finger FORCE when pressing buttons, unable to choose a time without selecting "Time Cook" first. (every microwave I've ever owned allowed this), chime loud enough to wake the dead, etc, etc, etc. Very sorry I didn't return immediately. Will not purchase Sharp again.

We bought this a year ago after our previous microwave of 7 years abruptly quit. This one hasn't out right quit, but at almost a year to the day, it has gotten noticeably weaker, and it had already seemed weak to start out with, even though it had the same power rating as our previous unit.

Nice features - easy to use. Would prefer 1100W but this one seems to work as well as my last.
