Extra firm and excellent edge support. We put a 3 inch memory foam topper and it is perfect.

Firm and supportive

The seams in the mattress are so deep the mattress feels lumpy. It also holds body heat, making sleeping all night impossible. Sore backs for 2+ months after switching to this mattress.

Uncomfortable

I am enjoying an excellent night’s sleep on this beautiful mattress.  My previous mattress was a hybrid Beautyrest and after 10 years (had a 25 year warranty) it failed and was bulging on the side. Beautyrest warranty department was EXCELLENT to work with and gave me full credit for the old mattress toward the new one. Start to finish, I had a comfortable new bed within 3 weeks!

Best warranty department!
