Purchased in October 2022, and now it's February 2025—I'm furious. I had a great experience with an older model from this same manufacturer over a decade ago. I assumed they'd only improved. Instead, they've cut corners with cheap components and outsourced support. My decade-old spa had only minor issues; this one arrived faulty, flimsy cover, speakers died within months, and a main controller board that I had to pay for and replace myself -- and I'm still having problems! Their warranty process is a total sham, smoke and mirrors. Despite their market dominance, it's all pump and dump. I'm returning it to Sam's Club as soon as I can figure out how. Buyer beware. Had an older hotspings that finally died. Went out looking to replace but the cost was shocking for what they get these days for hot tubs. Found this on sale online for $5999. I couldn't be happier. Excellent quality and great support. Had a wiring issue on my end and the help desk was great in assisting me. All the jets and lights work perfectly. Is big and took 8 guys and a skid loader to get it moved into position. When they say curbside delivery, that's what they mean. Shipping company barely had it out of the road. Wouldn't accept extra to move it closer.

So first I want to say that I was worried about purchasing the product based on some negative reviews that I read. Some people would claim the tub leaked or was full of issues.... But I’m happy to say that was not the case for me. Purchased the tub on sale, which was great. The shipping does take about 3 weeks longer than Sam’s Club estimated but that is only because the tubs are manufactured after the order is placed. The tub is shipped via third party carrier and I received about one days notice before the tub arrived. They were kind enough to take it to the top of my driveway. Once placed and installed, I couldn’t be happier with the product. Set up is simple, using a licensed electrician. No leaks or other defects were found. Already enjoying it for the summer!

We are extremely happy with our purchase. We have had it about 2 weeks. Love the steps, the blue tooth and changing colors of lights. The adjustable jets are a good feature according to your preference. The delivery was very smooth. The lounger position is helpful to my husband's back issues.

First, we planned ahead for this hot tub in our backyard. We designed/engineered and installed the electricity and patio in preparation for the Sam's Club hot tub and pergola. I called the manufacturer a few times to make sure I understood the technical specs. of the tub and conveyed the information to my electrician to ensure proper wiring. We ordered this spa in January and it was delivered in late February 2019. It is the centerpiece of our backyard with a Sam's Club pergola and lighting. I didn't expect to be impressed with the Blue Audio/BT-ready stereo system, but the sound is immersive with deep bass and a balanced midrange. My wife and I enjoy this hot tub morning, noon and night. It gets hot here in New Mexico, so we turn down the hot tub temperature to 95 degrees in the summer and relax. We installed a retractable awning and curtains on the pergola which provides shade from the sun and privacy from neighbors. One can even find 'Spa Radio' music online and stream relaxing and meditative music; that and a cup of coffee or tea makes for a truly enjoyable morning experience. Out of curiosity, I went to a local spa retail store to buy chemicals for the spa and get advice about disinfecting and maintaining the municipal tap water. I was shocked at the prices of retail tubs with fewer features; the average price of inferior hot tubs at that store was $9,000. Bottom line: this spa is a well-made American hot tub with luxury features sold at a deep discount through Sam's Club. Don't believe the grumblings of a disgruntled naysayer posting negative comments about this hot tub or the manufacturer. We love everything about this product and the complementary Sam's Club pergola and LED lights. Listening to music, online radio, new age ambient soundtracks or whatever is on your smart phone is completely awesome. I highly recommend this hot tub - especially at the remarkable sale price - with free shipping.

Horrible purchase, had the Spa for 4 years, First one had to be sent back for leaks, second one has been repaired multiple times, now a new leak and needs 2 new pumps. Warranty over, Everlast Spa's is no help. Customer service say's there is nothing they can do and won't even send the part and I will pay for the labor. Their service rep wants $2450.00 to repair it. I will never buy from this company again, and I suggest you don't either.

Our contractor worked 3-4hrs trying to install hot tub. It kept blowing fuses & is leaking. It took the technician 2wks to contact us & will take another 2wks to make visit.
