I found the flavor to be a little too overpowering to be a flavor enhancer - this is a show stopper. Whatever you put it on will have a rich Green Goddess flavor. With that, I would hesitate putting this on everything - it is a very niche flavor. But I loved the combination of the pepper, lemon, and onion, being the most prominent that I taste. And I love that I don't need to use tons to give whatever the flavor I want - a little goes a long way with this one!
