This is my first robot vacuum, and I was very pleased with how well it is made. I set it all up and it was very simple. After I fully charged the unit, I ran it in single room as a trial run and was I surprised with how well it did. I have since run it my kitchen and living room spaces and it got under and behind all of our furniture with ease. I look forward to completing the whole house later this week.

Here's what i love about it: Fits under the bed, the hutch, and my kitchen shelves. It can pick up a good portion of my pets' mess (chunks of foam, shavings, and pistachio shells), runs for 8-ish hours (? I work 10 hour shifts so its always timed out when i get home). Does a decent job of vacuuming and mopping. Cons: Needs a 2.4g wifi network and is not compatible with 5g, so you'll have to configure your wifi router specifcally for the roomba. The waste tray is small so it will have to be emptied and cleaned regularly. Overall, worth the $80 i spent

We have been using this for a month now and have never used a remote vacuum before so were skeptical of the results. We have it set to run automatically every 2 days and are still impressed with how much debris we have to empty from the container after every use. We don't have pets and yet it consistently sucks up an amazing amount of dirt/dust. The rechargeable battery lasts about an hour and a half which is long enough to complete our 1800' first floor.

Fast shipping. Bought this to keep the kitchen floor swept, with the occasional whole main floor vacuumed. Easy to program on phone, and set a schedule. Works remarkably well getting into the corners and under the furniture. Everything I expected, the only con to the Bobsweep would be that you have to block off area's or close doors to keep it contained, as there is NO "zooning" for it, so it will keep going everyplace until the battery needs charging.

I'm impressed! I paid $99 on sale at Sam's Club and it is worth it IMO. The brushes did get a bit tangled after going over a rug, but I now just remove the rugs before it starts. I also have ruggables. It had no problem with the one in my office, but got hung up on the one in my foyer b/c it wasn't perfectly placed on the velcro pad and the vac got caught up on it. However, that does not change my opinion. I love it!

It will clean, but you can not make it work the way you want it to. My expectation for a robot vaccum is that you should be able to teach it what you want, but in this model, you can't teach it anything. You don't have any control over this machine except wall track or spot cleaning or random cleaning. You have to use random cleaning to clean the whole area, and it just moves randomly, cleaning one area multiple times or jumping to other areas like living room to kitchen without completing the living room. You can not map the area you want to clean, and you can not avoid any area you don't want to clean, like avoiding any obstructions where the robot gets stuck. Also, if you fill it with water, it will vaccum and mop at the same time. Though if a carpet comes in the way, it will not stop mopping, and your carpet gets wet. Also, as its battery grows low and is about to die, it finds its way back to the charging station well. I ordered 4 robots for 4 of my family members' houses, and despite its problems, it still does its work, and I will probably keep mine.

It is unable to dock for a recharge. It finds the dock, can line itself up perfectly, but stops when it reaches the dock as if it's too high a climb. It has problems transitioning from hard floor to carpet. It fails if it meets the carpet square on and backs off; it has to meet the carpet at an angle to get on to it. However, if it meets the carpet at the wall it gets permanently stuck. It was easy to set up with the app.

I have used the BobSweep Charlotte cleaner a handful of times. So far, I have enjoyed using it. I typically will use the button on the machine for cleaning but sometimes I will use the app feature. I like that you can check on battery percentage, change the strength of vacuum/mop, and schedule on the app but still able to just start it with a press of the button as well. We use it in two separate areas of the house, I get about 50 % battery usage each side and change out the vacuum compartment during charges. All in all good machine.

We have enjoyed the  charlotte vacuum and mop. It's a great product with multiple cleaning settings and applications to control the robot. Definitely would recommend purchasing as it's the most affordable robot vacuum without degradation in quality. 

My Charlotte Bobsweep was such a nice change from my last robot vacuum. It is very quiet and efficient. We have three dogs and a cat, so the amount of hair on my floor on a daily basis is more than anyone wants to look at, so we have been running it daily. It charges very quickly and has no problem picking up any of the hair. The suction is great as well. The mopping is something we are still figuring out, as the small stream does not cover the amount of floor that I expected, so it does take quite a awhile for it to cover the entire floor. We have been very impressed with the Bobsweep this far and can’t wait to see how it holds up as we continue to use it.
