Bob is so easy to set up and does a fantastic job. I highly recommend this vacuum. I was upgraded to the vision plus and couldn't be happier.

I would not recommend. He roams as if he's lost and won't ask for directions, has a difficult time finding his way home, doesn't do a great job picking things up and is loud.

I'm very pleased with this little robot friend who rolls under beds and furniture where the biggest dust bunnies live and rounds them up for me. Great investment.

It seems like its prime objective is to get stuck--like it was programmed to go through the house until it finds something it can get wedged into and continues to ram its head into that place until it gets stuck. If you have fun with hide and seek games, this is the vacuum for you.

I'm impressed. I had my 11th spinal surgery last January and I was told "no more vacuuming, ever" so my husband and Mom took over for me. I did so much research to find a robot vacuum in our price range that actually worked. Im in love with this one! we have had it since black friday (I got it for a great deal!) I let Charlotte run every day. she gets a lot of dog hair and dust. Im amazed at how well it works. I dont have a need for the mop function. but the vacuum part is awesome. My only complaint is that she can not find the docking/charging station and she can not detach herself. so I have to carry it back to the charger and then take it off the charger before I start it. other then that, I love it

So far so good. I thought for sure it would get stuck behind the couch, but it found it’s way out!

Sweeps and mops like a champ. Out works my old unit.

Meets my expectations. The mop helps. All in good working condition.

Vacuums well but sometimes have a hard time finding its docking place
