I bought this tire in December after the first Michigan snow and couldn't be happier with it. Great slush an snow traction. And surprisingly smooth and quiet. Handling is good. Fortunately haven't had to stress test stopping. Mileage not noticeably impacted, but the it is winter. Would definitely recommend.

I've been driving on Michelin tires since I purchased a 1963 Citroen ID19, whilst I was stationed with 4CIBG in the CDN Army in West Germany. In 1972, I purchased a Volvo 142 in Canada. It came with Goodyear tires which were GARBAGE after 21,000 MILES (not Kms). The replacement Michelins lasted for 63,000 MILES (not Kms) as did their replacement Michelins. In 1975, I bought a new 1957 Ford F150. It came with Firestone original equipment tires. MORE GARBAGE after 19,000 MILES!! In 61 years, I've never had a bad experience with Michelin tires and I'm a ripe 87-year-old fart!!

Since buying this tire almost 9 months ago, I have been very pleased with its overall performance in Winter and Summer driving. I have however noticed that there is a distinguishable noise level which I had not experienced before with other Michelin tires. It is obvious between 40 to 100 km/hr on the highway and the most noisy around 60 km/hr.

I've had these tires on my 2011 Honda Pilot for the last 3 winters, these tires are exceptional in everyway. I'm 55 and have driven over 1.5 million kilometers so far. I live in Ontario and have family in New Brunswick, we drive to NB a minimum of 3 times a year. Christmas, March Break and summer. We have experienced every weather condition imaginable on these journeys. The Michelin Cross climate 2's handle anything that it has thrown at it. They have exceptional traction in all weather conditions. I have put approximately 70,000 Km on them and they handle just as incredibly as the first day they were put on the vehicle. The wear is even and consistent on all 4 corners of the Honda. I recommend these tires to anyone I meet. There is also the added bonus of never having to change or store winter tires again. These are the best tires I have ever driven on, I always feel safe and confident when travelling anywhere with these on my vehicle.

These tires are awesome they look great and unbelievable quieter than the Ironman tires that was on our vehicle also when it rains it doesn’t make a difference the road still seems dry the car doesn’t pull or anything when you hit a water hole best tires I have ever owned thanks

Have had these tires for over a month now and living in Alaska have really gotten to experience the full range of winter conditions with these tires. I have them mounted on my Model Y performance, overall the traction is excellent in winter conditions on both ice and light to deep snow up to 12", very comparable to a dedicated winter tires that I have used. Wet traction is also excellent, honestly feels like dry conditions while in wet. I was honestly impressed with how quiet these are, and are very noticeably quieter then the stock 21" that come with the car. The only negative that I can say with these are that you can't really feel the corners, if you are sliding and you often won't notice as soon as you would with a traditional all season tire with a different tread pattern. Would recommend to anyone living in a colder climates with snow and not wanting to switch tires. I haven't noticed a huge loss in range with these tires like other people have stated.

Currently buying our third set of CrossClimate 2's. Cannot say enough good things about this tire. My wife puts 35K-40K miles a year. These tires hold up to all those miles and wear perfectly. She drives in all condition in the Mid Atlantic, and always says how safe she feels with these tires, no matter the driving conditions. Snow, ice, rain, and everything in between, these tires are fantastic! Currently have second set on our 2018 VW Atlas and our first set on 2024 Kia Sorento Hybrid.

I've about 3000 miles on these tires on our Lexus ES 350 and have been disappointed with the ride and quietness. The tires feel hard on bumpy roads and make a moderate amount of noise on all roads. The traction seems good in all conditions. My son-in-law got the same tires on their Honda Odyssey and states his ride is soft and they are quiet compared to the snow tires he had on it.

In my winter driving conditions I use spikes (country roads in the North of Finland) in my back wheel drive car. I have now my 2nd set of Cross Climate tyres in a row. They give me flexibility to change to spikes only after the real winter has come. Not any earlier. In the spring I have the flexibility to switch back early to Cross Climate thus reducing the use of spikes to minimum. I have found Cross Climate very pleasing: low noise level, reasonable wear, very neutral handling (205/60R16) in my E series MB. The tyres deserve 5/5, the pricing lowers the total to 4/5. Ps. My winter spike tyres are Michelin, too.

Just put a set of 4, 215/50R17/XL 95V, on last week. Driven less then a 100 mile so far. The volt had the OE on for just under 55,000 and one had a slow leak. Got the CrossClimate®2 and right from the parking lot I noticed the the tires gave the car a tighter grip on the road, bumps seamed to be less noticeable. The tires do not roll as well as the OE and a little more tire noise, like a whine. With no engine noise to cover it up, it was expected. The car handles the hills and curves very well. My wife feel more assured that car is not going off the road and will take the curves. Had to add more air and that made the Volt cost better also did not notice any change in the handling.
